We must remember the words of Jesus in John 16:23-24 WEB, "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. It is essential to pray in the name of Jesus, as it is through His name that we have access to the Father and can receive the promises of God.
Regarding curses, we must remember that Jesus has redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us (Galatians 3:13 WEB). Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we lift up this mother's son to You. We pray that any influence of evil in his life be broken and that he would be blessed and protected as he grows in the knowledge and love of Your Son, Jesus Christ.
We pray for his physical health, that he would lose weight safely and maintain good health, according to Your will. We ask for wisdom and guidance for him and his family and physician, helping him to adopt healthier habits and lifestyle that honors God.
