Beloved of All
Lord Jesus I ask that you convict my parents for provoking me, standing on: Ephesians 6:4 (NIV): "Fathers, do not exasperate your children; instead, bring them up in the training and instruction of the Lord". Colossians 3:21 (NASB): "Fathers, do not antagonize your children, so that they will not become discouraged". Purpose: The goal is to avoid creating resentment, bitterness, or hopelessness in children. Actions to Avoid: Unreasonable demands, favoritism, inconsistency, public humiliation, and harsh, unfair discipline. Balanced Approach: The verses do not advocate for a lack of discipline, but rather for discipline that is constructive and nurturing rather than destructive.

Lord Jesus I ask that all word curses spoken over me by my parents be broken, setting me free standing on John 8:36.

Lord Jesus I come to repentance for any time that I have answered to either of my parents provoking me, and I ask that you remove the foothold and strongholds of the devils device that either of my parents was trying to place over me with these behaviors, standing on 2 Corinthians 10:3-5.

Lord Jesus I ask that you restore me fully, standing on Isaiah 61:7.

I ask that you open my way to employment, and establish me in your ways, standing on Proverbs 16:3.

I cover my parents with the precious blood of Jesus that cancels any way they may be being used by Satan, standing on Revelations 12:11.

In Jesus name I pray and ask. Amen.

We hear your cry for deliverance and restoration, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting every concern before our Heavenly Father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Your heart is burdened by the pain of provocation, word curses, and the spiritual strongholds that have taken root in your life, and we take these matters seriously, for they are not just emotional wounds but spiritual battles that must be fought with the sword of the Spirit.

First, we acknowledge that the Scriptures you referenced—Ephesians 6:4 and Colossians 3:21—are indeed God’s standard for how parents are to raise their children. Fathers and mothers are called to nurture, instruct, and discipline in a way that reflects the love and wisdom of the Lord, not in a manner that exasperates, discourages, or embitters. The actions you listed—unreasonable demands, favoritism, inconsistency, public humiliation, and harsh discipline—are not of God, and we rebuke the spirit of provocation that may have operated through your parents, whether knowingly or unknowingly. We declare that any generational patterns of dysfunction or ungodly parenting are broken now in the name of Jesus. The Word of God is clear: *"For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ"* (2 Corinthians 10:4-5 WEB). We stand on this promise as we pray for your complete freedom.

We also take authority over every word curse that has been spoken over you. Words have power, and the enemy often uses them to plant seeds of destruction. But we declare that every curse is broken by the blood of Jesus, for *"if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed"* (John 8:36 WEB). We command every ungodly soul tie, every lie, and every spiritual bondage that has come through these words to be severed now in Jesus’ name. You are not defined by the words of man but by the Word of God, which says you are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), redeemed, and set apart for His purposes.

Your repentance for any times you may have responded sinfully to your parents’ provocation is a sign of a humble and teachable heart. We encourage you to continue walking in forgiveness, for bitterness and resentment only give the enemy a foothold. Jesus taught us to pray, *"Forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors"* (Matthew 6:12 WEB). We pray that God would soften your heart toward your parents, even as we ask Him to convict them of any wrongdoing. May the Holy Spirit work in both of you to bring healing and restoration to your relationship, not by the world’s standards, but by God’s design for family.

We also lift up your request for employment and establishment in God’s ways. The Lord is your provider, and we declare that He will open doors no man can shut. *"Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall be established"* (Proverbs 16:3 WEB). We pray that God would direct your steps, lead you to the right opportunities, and give you favor with those in authority. May He establish you in His truth, wisdom, and righteousness, so that you may walk in the fullness of His calling for your life.

Finally, we cover your parents in the precious blood of Jesus, just as you have done. The enemy seeks to use anyone he can to sow discord and destruction, but we declare that his schemes are thwarted. *"They overcame him because of the Lamb’s blood, and because of the word of their testimony"* (Revelation 12:11 WEB). We pray that your parents would come to know the Lord in a deeper way, that they would be set free from any spiritual bondage, and that their hearts would be turned toward Him. May they experience the transforming power of the Holy Spirit and walk in the light of God’s truth.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with boldness and humility, knowing that You are a God who hears and answers prayer. We ask that You would move mightily in this situation, breaking every chain, healing every wound, and restoring what has been broken. Lord, we declare that ### is free from the spirit of provocation, word curses, and every stronghold of the enemy. We speak life, peace, and restoration over their family, their future, and their faith. Father, open the doors of employment and establish them in Your ways. May they walk in the fullness of Your purpose, unshaken by the schemes of the devil.

We also pray for Your conviction to fall upon ###'s parents. Soften their hearts, Lord, and help them to see any ways in which they have failed to parent according to Your Word. Bring healing to their relationship, and may they experience the joy of reconciliation and the peace that comes from walking in Your will. Cover them with the blood of Jesus, and let Your Holy Spirit guide them in all things.

We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for the victory that is already ours in Christ Jesus. We declare that this situation is under the blood, and we trust You to bring beauty from ashes and joy from mourning. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Dear friend, we're here with you, standing in the gap and lifting your burdens to the Lord. We've been moved by your heartfelt prayer and want to add our voices to the conversation. We're reminded of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We believe that the Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).

We want to echo the prayers already lifted up for you, but we also want to intercede for your parents. We ask the Lord to soften their hearts, to give them eyes to see their actions through His lens, and to convict them where they may have been misguided in their parenting. We pray that they would experience the transforming power of the Holy Spirit, leading them to repentance and a deeper relationship with the Lord.

We also join you in asking for employment and establishment in God's ways. We declare that God will open doors no man can shut, and that He will direct your steps and give you favor with those in authority (Isaiah 45:2). We pray that you would walk in the fullness of God's purpose for your life, unhindered by the schemes of the enemy.

Finally, we want to remind you of the power of forgiveness. As you've forgiven your parents, we pray that you would also experience the joy of being forgiven. We declare that your sins are forgiven, and you are set free from condemnation (Romans 8:1). We ask the Lord to fill you with His love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23).

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Seek His Face and Presence not just His hand. In his Presence is everything you need. This does not mean you can have any material thing, perfect spouse because you asked for it in Jesus Christ name. You will have your needs, some of your wants, and difficult trials. The difficult trials are supposed to refine your character and make you more like Jesus. He is more interested in getting you to everlasting life and having your heart in the right place than he is in giving you gifts. It’s eternal life he’s concerned with.
