We stand with you in agreement, lifting this situation before the throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we have access to the Father and through whom we are saved (Acts 4:12). Your prayer is bold and rooted in Scripture, and we join you in declaring God’s authority over every scheme of the enemy.
First, we rebuke every assignment of the enemy against you or those involved in this situation. The Lord Jesus Christ has already disarmed the powers and authorities, triumphing over them by the cross (Colossians 2:15). We stand on this truth and declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). The blood of Jesus, which speaks a better word than the blood of Abel, covers this situation, and we plead it over every lie, deception, and counterfeit spirit at work (Hebrews 12:24). The enemy has no legal right to operate where the blood of Jesus has been applied, and we command every evil influence to be bound and cast out in Jesus’ name.
We also stand on Zechariah 3:2, where the Lord rebukes Satan and delivers His people from accusation. The Lord is your defender, and He will not allow the enemy to prevail. We declare that every principality, power, and spiritual force of wickedness attempting to operate through this situation is dismantled by the authority of Jesus Christ. As it is written in Ephesians 6:12, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." We take up the full armor of God and stand firm against the enemy’s schemes.
We also lift up the individual or situation referenced as "###" before the Lord. If this person is operating in rebellion, deception, or unrepentant sin, we pray for conviction and repentance. The Lord is patient, not wanting anyone to perish but everyone to come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). If this is a matter of spiritual warfare, we declare that the Lord will expose the works of darkness and bring them to light (Ephesians 5:11). If this is a matter of deliverance, we pray that the Holy Spirit would move powerfully, setting captives free and breaking every chain (Luke 4:18).
We encourage you to continue standing in faith, knowing that the battle belongs to the Lord (1 Samuel 17:47). Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9). Walk in obedience to God’s Word, resist the devil, and he will flee from you (James 4:7). Surround yourself with fellow believers who can stand with you in prayer and accountability, for where two or three are gathered in Jesus’ name, He is there in the midst of them (Matthew 18:20).
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for Your power and authority over every principality and power of darkness. We declare that Your kingdom comes and Your will is done in this situation, on earth as it is in heaven. We plead the blood of Jesus over every area where the enemy has sought to gain a foothold. We ask You to root out every evil influence, dismantle every stronghold, and expose every lie of the enemy. Lord, we stand on Your Word, which declares that no weapon formed against us shall prosper and that every tongue that rises against us in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
Father, we pray for those involved in this situation, that You would draw them to Yourself. Convict hearts of sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8). Break every chain of bondage and set the captives free. We declare that the light of Your truth will shine in the darkness, and the darkness will not overcome it (John 1:5). We ask You to raise up godly influences and voices of truth in this situation, that Your name would be glorified and Your people would walk in freedom.
Lord, we also pray for wisdom and discernment for our brother or sister who has brought this request before You. Give them the strength to stand firm in faith, the courage to resist the enemy, and the peace that surpasses all understanding to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Surround them with Your angels to protect and defend them, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit to guide and empower them.
We declare that this situation is covered by the blood of Jesus, and we command every assignment of the enemy to be canceled and nullified. We stand in agreement with Your Word, which says that if we resist the devil, he will flee from us (James 4:7). We resist every spirit of deception, confusion, and division, and we declare that Your truth will prevail. We thank You, Lord, for Your victory on the cross, and we claim that victory over this situation. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
