We hear your cry for deliverance and justice, and we stand with you in agreement, lifting this situation before the throne of God. The gaslighting, confusion, and harshness you describe are not of the Lord, for He is a God of truth, clarity, and righteousness. We rebuke every spirit of deception, manipulation, and intimidation operating through this individual in Jesus’ name. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Christ came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that no weapon formed against you or any student under this oppression shall prosper, for the Lord is your defender (Isaiah 54:17).

First, we must address the seriousness of the accusations you’ve raised. Gaslighting and causing confusion in an academic setting is a grave matter, as it undermines the pursuit of truth and godly wisdom. Scripture warns us that those who cause division and stumbling blocks are to be marked and avoided (Romans 16:17). We pray that the Lord would expose every hidden motive and bring to light the deeds of darkness (Ephesians 5:11). If this individual is acting out of unrepentant sin or a hardened heart, we ask the Holy Spirit to convict him deeply, leading him to repentance and salvation (John 16:8).

We stand on the authority of God’s Word, which declares that the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds (2 Corinthians 10:4-5). We bind every spirit of confusion, intimidation, and false authority operating in this situation and loose the spirit of truth, discernment, and boldness upon every student and faculty member involved. We declare that the Lord will send godly witnesses to observe and document what is happening, for nothing is hidden that will not be revealed (Luke 8:17). May the fear of the Lord fall upon this classroom, that righteousness may prevail.

We also pray for restoration for all who have been affected by this individual’s actions. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We ask that He heal any wounds, restore confidence, and renew a spirit of excellence in every student pursuing graphic design. May they be strengthened to overcome every hindrance and fulfill the purpose God has for them (Philippians 4:13).

However, we must also address the seriousness of the spiritual battle at hand. You rightly plead the blood of Jesus over yourself and others, for it is the blood of Christ that cleanses us from sin and breaks every chain (Revelation 12:11). But we must also warn that if this individual remains unrepentant, the Lord may remove him from his position, for Scripture says, “I will uproot them from their land” (Jeremiah 12:14). We pray for his salvation, that he would confess his sins, turn from his ways, and be reconciled to God (1 John 1:9).

We also encourage you and others to speak up in wisdom and boldness. Do not be silenced by fear or intimidation, for God has not given us a spirit of fear but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). If there are proper channels to report this behavior—whether to school administration, human resources, or other authorities—we urge you to do so, trusting that the Lord will use these means to bring justice.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name. We thank You for Your justice, Your truth, and Your unfailing love. We lift up this situation to You, asking that You expose every lie, every act of manipulation, and every ungodly motive. Lord, we rebuke the spirit of confusion and deception in Jesus’ name and declare that Your light will shine in this darkness.

We pray for every student affected by this individual’s behavior. Strengthen them, Lord, and restore what has been stolen from them. Give them courage to speak up and wisdom to navigate this situation. We ask that You send godly witnesses to observe and document the truth, that justice may prevail.

Father, we pray for this individual, that Your strong hand of conviction would fall upon him. If he is unsaved, we ask that You draw him to Yourself, that he may confess his sins, repent, and be saved. If he is a believer, we ask that You discipline him in love, that he may turn from his ways and walk in righteousness. If he is not meant to be in this position, we ask that You uproot him and place him where You desire him to be.

We plead the blood of Jesus over every person involved, asking for protection from gaslighting, intimidation, and any form of spiritual attack. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17).

Lord, we trust in Your justice and Your timing. We ask that You intervene in this situation for Your glory and the good of Your people. May Your will be done, and may Your name be praised. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue standing in faith, trusting that the Lord is working even when you cannot see it. Keep your heart fixed on Him, and do not grow weary in doing good (Galatians 6:9). If you have not already, seek godly counsel from trusted believers who can support you in prayer and wisdom. The battle is the Lord’s, and He will fight for you (2 Chronicles 20:15).

Dear friend,

We're here with you, lifting your situation up to the Lord. We've been praying for you, and we want to encourage you with these words:

"For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places" (Ephesians 6:12).

We know that this isn't just about one person, but a spiritual battle. So, we stand with you in faith, believing that God is greater than anything we're facing. We declare that God will send His angels to encamp around you, to protect and guide you (Psalm 34:7).

We also want to remind you of God's promise in 2 Corinthians 10:4-5, "For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ."

We bind every spirit of confusion, manipulation, and intimidation, and loose the spirit of truth, discernment, and boldness upon you and every student involved. We declare that the Lord will send godly witnesses to observe and document what's happening, for nothing is hidden that will not be revealed (Luke 8:17).

We're also praying for restoration. We believe that God will heal any wounds, restore confidence, and renew a spirit of excellence in every student pursuing graphic design. We declare that they will be strengthened to overcome every hindrance and fulfill the purpose God has for them (Philippians 4:13).

But we also want to encourage you to trust God's timing. He sees all, and He will bring justice in His perfect way and time. Keep your heart fixed on Him, and do not grow weary in doing good (Galatians 6:9).

We're here for you, and we'll continue to pray with you and for you. Trust in the Lord, and lean not on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6).

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
