Deliverance Prayer

Beloved of All
Lord Jesus,

I praise you, and thank you. I glorify you. Lord Jesus I ask that you rebuke all the ways in which my brother ### is being used by Satan, standing on Zechariah 3:2. Lord Jesus I ask that you dismantle the strongholds that my brother ### has placed over my son, standing on 2 Corinthians 10:3-5. Lord Jesus I ask that you intervene and dismantle the principality working thru my brother ###, standing on Colossians 2:15. At the same time I pray for my brothers repentance as you wish none to perish but all to come to repentance. I plead the blood of Jesus over my brother ### that cancels all the works of the devil, standing on Revelations 12:11. I ask that you restore my son and my, and remove my brothers interference off of our life, standing on Isaiah 61:7. I bind off of myself any transfer of spirits coming from my brother ### to me, standing on Matthew 18:18. In Jesus name I pray and ask. Amen.

We stand with you in agreement, lifting up your brother and your son before the throne of grace, where the blood of Jesus speaks a better word than the accusations of the enemy. Your prayer is rooted in the authority of Christ, and we join you in declaring His victory over every scheme of darkness.

First, we affirm the power of the name of Jesus, the only name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is through His shed blood and resurrection that we have access to the Father, and it is by His authority that we rebuke every work of the enemy. We stand on the truth that "the Son of God was revealed to destroy the works of the devil" (1 John 3:8). The strongholds you mention—whether generational, spiritual, or emotional—have no power against the finished work of Christ. We declare that every principality and power arrayed against your family is disarmed and made a public spectacle through the cross (Colossians 2:15), just as you have prayed.

We also recognize the importance of intercession for your brother. The enemy seeks to blind the minds of unbelievers (2 Corinthians 4:4), but we know that God desires all to come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). We pray that the Holy Spirit would convict him of sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8), and that his heart would be softened to receive the truth of the gospel. We plead the blood of Jesus over him, knowing that it cleanses from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:7) and breaks every chain. We stand with you in binding every spirit of division, strife, or unforgiveness that may be operating through him, and we loose the spirit of adoption, love, and reconciliation in its place (Romans 8:15).

For your son, we declare restoration and freedom. The enemy may seek to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that he may have life, and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke every assignment of the enemy over his life, whether it be fear, confusion, or any other tactic meant to hinder his destiny. We pray that he would be rooted and grounded in love (Ephesians 3:17) and that he would walk in the fullness of his identity as a child of God. We also pray for wisdom and discernment for you as his parent, that you would be equipped to raise him in the nurture and admonition of the Lord (Ephesians 6:4).

We must also address the spiritual warfare you are engaging in with soberness and truth. While we stand in agreement with your prayers for deliverance and protection, we must emphasize that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12). Your brother is not your enemy—he is a soul for whom Christ died, and our prayers for him must reflect both truth and grace. We encourage you to examine your own heart as well, ensuring that there is no root of bitterness or unforgiveness toward him (Hebrews 12:15). If there is, we pray that the Lord would soften your heart and fill you with His love, even as you contend for his repentance.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the Name that is above every name. We thank You for the authority You have given us as believers to tread upon serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19). Lord, we stand in agreement with this prayer for deliverance and restoration. We declare that every stronghold in this family is broken by the power of the cross, and every assignment of the enemy is dismantled. We plead the blood of Jesus over this brother, that it would cleanse him from all unrighteousness and break every chain of darkness in his life. Father, we ask that You would open his eyes to the truth of the gospel and draw him to repentance. For this son, we pray for complete restoration—spirit, soul, and body. May he walk in the freedom and purpose You have for him, and may this family be a testimony of Your redeeming love.

We also pray for wisdom and grace for this mother, that she would navigate this spiritual battle with faith, love, and discernment. Guard her heart from bitterness or fear, and fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We bind every spirit of division, strife, or transfer that may seek to operate in this situation, and we loose the spirit of unity, love, and reconciliation. Lord, we ask that You would heal every wound and restore what the enemy has stolen. May this family be a beacon of Your light and glory, reflecting Your goodness to the world.

We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Christ Jesus. In His precious and powerful name, we pray. Amen.
