We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation in fervent prayer. Father God, we stand on the authority of Your Word and the power of the blood of Jesus Christ, which has overcome the world and all the works of darkness. We recognize that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). We declare that no weapon formed against Your children shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned (Isaiah 54:17).
Lord Jesus, we stand on Zechariah 3:2, where You rebuked Satan and said, "May Yahweh rebuke you, Satan! Yes, may Yahweh rebuke you, who has chosen Jerusalem." We join our voices with Yours, Jesus, and rebuke every evil spirit, every principality, and every power that has taken residence in that home. We declare that they have no authority there, for the earth is the Lord’s, and its fullness (Psalm 24:1). We stand on Jeremiah 12:14, where You said, "Thus says Yahweh against all my evil neighbors who touch the inheritance which I have caused my people Israel to inherit: Behold, I will pluck them up from their land, and will pluck up the house of Judah from among them." Father, we ask that You root out these neighbors who are causing harm and distress. Pluck them up from that place, Lord, and let Your justice prevail.
We stand on Luke 10:19, where You gave us authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt us. Jesus, we ask that You dismantle and convict the evil hearts of those who are engaging in criminal activity and wicked schemes. Let Your light expose their darkness, and let conviction lead them to repentance or to the justice they deserve. We declare that their plans to harm and taunt are covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against Your children shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We stand on Revelation 12:11, which says, "They overcame him because of the Lamb’s blood, and because of the word of their testimony. They didn’t love their life, even to death." We plead the blood of Jesus over this situation, and we declare that every evil plan is destroyed in Jesus’ name.
We stand on Matthew 18:18, where You said, "Most certainly I tell you, whatever things you bind on earth will have been bound in heaven, and whatever things you release on earth will have been released in heaven." We bind every spirit of divination, every transfer of spirits, and every principality that is operating through these neighbors. We declare that they are bound in the name of Jesus, and we release the power of the Holy Spirit to break every chain. We stand on Colossians 2:15, where it says, "having stripped the principalities and the powers, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it." Jesus, we ask that You strip these powers of their authority and make a public spectacle of them, so that all may see Your glory and Your justice.
Lord, we stand on Luke 8:17, where You said, "For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed; nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light." We ask that You expose these neighbors to the authorities and to the people who can root them out of the neighborhood. Let their bad intentions, motives, and criminal activity be brought to light, so that justice may be served. We pray for the illegal criminal who is hiding in the main home. Father, Your Word says in Romans 13:1, "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God." We ask that You move in the hearts of those in authority to bring this person to justice, so that the law of the land may be upheld and Your justice may prevail.
We also lift up the one who prayed this prayer, and we declare that no transfer of spirits or evil influence shall come upon them or anyone else connected to this situation. We stand on James 4:7, which says, "Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." We encourage this dear one to stand firm in their faith, to put on the full armor of God, and to resist the enemy at every turn. We pray that they would be filled with the Holy Spirit, walking in the fruit of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23). Let them not grow weary in doing good, for in due season they shall reap if they do not faint (Galatians 6:9).
Father, we ask that You surround this situation with Your angels, as You commanded in Psalm 91:11, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways." Let Your angels encamp around this home, this neighborhood, and all who are affected by this evil. We declare that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We pray for wisdom and discernment for those who are seeking to bring justice and peace to this situation. Let them be guided by Your Holy Spirit, and let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Lord, we also pray for the salvation of these neighbors. We know that Your desire is that none should perish, but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). If there is any hope for their redemption, we ask that You would soften their hearts and draw them to Yourself. Let them see the error of their ways and turn from their wickedness. But if they continue in their evil, we ask that You remove them from this place, so that Your people may dwell in safety and peace.
We declare that this situation is in Your hands, Lord, and we trust in Your perfect justice and mercy. We thank You for hearing our prayer, and we believe that You are already at work in this situation. We give You all the glory, honor, and praise, for Yours is the kingdom, the power, and the glory forever. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
