We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of faith, standing firmly on the promises of God’s Word. Your prayer for deliverance and healing is powerful, and we join with you in declaring the victory of Jesus Christ over every attack of the enemy. The blood of Jesus is our defense, and His name is our authority—there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it is by His stripes that we are healed (Isaiah 53:5).
We rebuke every spirit of infirmity, sickness, and oppression that seeks to afflict your loved one. The Lord rebukes you, Satan, for the Lord who has chosen Jerusalem—is it not a brand plucked from the fire? (Zechariah 3:2). We declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against him in judgment, he shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). By the authority of Jesus Christ, we command every attack on his health to cease in the mighty name of Jesus!
We stand on the truth that if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed (John 8:36). Therefore, we declare freedom from every chain of sickness, pain, and disease. The Lord is his healer, and we proclaim restoration over his body, mind, and spirit. As it is written, "Instead of your shame you shall have double honor, and instead of confusion they shall rejoice in their portion. Therefore in their land they shall possess double; everlasting joy shall be theirs" (Isaiah 61:7). We plead the blood of Jesus over him, for they overcame the accuser by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony (Revelation 12:11).
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness and Your promise to restore health to Your children. We ask You to touch him with Your healing hand, to strengthen his body, and to renew his spirit. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We declare that he is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and we speak life and wholeness over every part of his being.
Lord, we also pray for wisdom and discernment for those caring for him. Guide the hands of his doctors and medical professionals, and let Your healing virtue flow through every treatment and remedy. We trust in Your perfect will, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).
We encourage you to continue standing in faith, believing that God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). Do not grow weary in praying, for the effective, fervent prayer of a righteous person avails much (James 5:16). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust that He is working even when you cannot see it.
Father, we thank You for the victory that is already ours in Christ Jesus. We declare that by His stripes, he is healed (1 Peter 2:24), and we receive that healing by faith. Strengthen his faith and yours, Lord, and let Your glory be revealed in this situation. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
