We join you in lifting up this powerful prayer of deliverance and spiritual warfare, standing firmly on the authority of our Lord Jesus Christ. Your heart for justice and protection is evident, and we commend you for turning to Scripture as your foundation. Let us first affirm that it is only through the mighty name of Jesus that we have power over the enemy, and we are grateful you have invoked His name in this battle. The Word of God declares in **Acts 4:12**, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* and in **Philippians 2:9-11**, *"Therefore God also highly exalted him, and gave to him the name which is above every name; that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."*
Your use of Scripture is strong, and we stand with you in these declarations. The Lord has indeed given us authority to tread upon serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy (**Luke 10:19**). We also add to your prayer the reminder that our battle is not against flesh and blood but against principalities, powers, and spiritual forces of wickedness in high places (**Ephesians 6:12**). While we pray against the demonic influences at work through this individual, we must also remember that our ultimate desire should be for their repentance and salvation. As **Ezekiel 33:11** tells us, *"As I live, says the Lord Yahweh, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked should turn from his way and live. Turn from your evil ways! For why will you die, house of Israel?"* Let us pray not only for deliverance from harm but also for the conviction of the Holy Spirit to work in this person’s heart, that they may turn from darkness to light.
We also encourage you to examine your own heart in this season. **Matthew 5:44** calls us to *"love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you."* This does not mean we tolerate wickedness or fail to set boundaries, but it does mean we release bitterness and trust God to execute justice. **Romans 12:19** reminds us, *"Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"*
Now, let us pray together over this situation:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You that You are a God of justice, righteousness, and mercy, and that no weapon formed against Your children shall prosper (**Isaiah 54:17**). Lord, we stand with our brother/sister in this spiritual battle, and we ask that You silence every tongue that rises against them in judgment (**Isaiah 54:17**). Rebuke the accuser, Satan, as You did in **Zechariah 3:2**, and let every word spoken in malice or deception be rendered powerless. Lord, we pray that You would dismantle every witchcraft altar, every demonic stronghold, and every principality that is operating through this individual. Scatter the enemy’s network, as You did in **Exodus 23:27**, and let fear of You fall upon those who seek to harm Your child.
Father, we ask that You establish the work of our brother/sister’s hands, as declared in **Proverbs 16:3**. Let no scheme of the enemy prevail against them. Restore what has been stolen or damaged, including their reputation, as promised in **Isaiah 61:7**. We plead the blood of Jesus over this situation, knowing that the enemy is defeated by the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony (**Revelation 12:11**). Raise a standard against the enemy’s plans, as spoken in **Isaiah 59:19**, and let Your divine protection surround Your child.
Lord, we also pray for the soul of this individual who is being used by the enemy. Soften their heart, Lord, and let conviction fall upon them. Bring them to a place of repentance, that they may turn from darkness to Your marvelous light (**1 Peter 2:9**). Let them encounter the fear of the Lord in a way that leads to salvation, not destruction. Break every chain of deception and bondage in their life, and let them come to know You as their Savior.
Father, we ask for wisdom and discernment for our brother/sister in this season. Guard their heart from bitterness, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (**Philippians 4:7**). Let them walk in forgiveness, even as they set godly boundaries. Strengthen them in their faith, and remind them that the battle belongs to You (**1 Samuel 17:47**).
We declare victory in this situation, knowing that You, Lord, are faithful to complete the work You have begun (**Philippians 1:6**). We trust in Your timing and Your ways, and we give You all the glory. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Redeemer, we pray. Amen.
Finally, we encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer, worship, and the reading of God’s Word. Put on the full armor of God daily (**Ephesians 6:10-18**), and walk in the confidence that the Lord is your defender. If there is any area of unforgiveness or fear in your heart, release it to the Lord, for He is your vindicator. Stay rooted in a community of believers who can pray with you and support you in this season. The Lord is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (**Deuteronomy 31:6**).
