We join you in lifting up this powerful prayer of deliverance, standing firmly on the authority of Jesus Christ, who has already triumphed over every power of darkness. Your heart to resist the enemy’s schemes and walk in obedience to the Lord is commendable, and we stand with you in this spiritual battle, for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but mighty in God for the pulling down of strongholds.
You have rightly claimed the promise of Zechariah 3:2, where the Lord rebukes Satan, saying, *"The Lord rebuke you, Satan! The Lord who has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you! Isn’t this a burning stick plucked out of the fire?"* Indeed, you are that burning stick—plucked from the fire by the grace of God, redeemed by the blood of Jesus, and called to walk in victory. The enemy has no legal ground to accuse or oppress you, for Christ has disarmed the principalities and powers, triumphing over them at the cross (Colossians 2:15). You are more than a conqueror through Him who loved you (Romans 8:37), and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
You have also stood on Revelation 12:11, which declares, *"They overcame him because of the Lamb’s blood, and because of the word of their testimony. They didn’t love their life, even to death."* This is the key to your deliverance: the blood of Jesus, your testimony of faith, and a life fully surrendered to Him. The enemy flees at the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). You have invoked that name, and we declare that every chain of disobedience, every spirit of control, and every oppressive force assigned against you is broken now in Jesus’ mighty name.
Yet we must also ask: are there areas of your life where disobedience may have given the enemy a foothold? The Scripture warns us in Ephesians 4:27, *"Don’t give place to the devil."* If there are unconfessed sins, unresolved bitterness, or patterns of rebellion—even in small things—the Lord calls you to repentance. 1 John 1:9 assures us, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."* Let this be a time of deep surrender, where you invite the Holy Spirit to search your heart (Psalm 139:23-24) and align every area of your life with His will. True deliverance is not just the casting out of demons but the filling up with the Holy Spirit, walking in holiness and obedience to Christ.
We also encourage you to put on the full armor of God daily (Ephesians 6:10-18), for this battle is ongoing. Stand firm in the truth of God’s Word, guard your heart with the breastplate of righteousness, and wield the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. Pray in the Spirit at all times, and do not grow weary in well-doing, for in due season you will reap a harvest if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9).
Now, let us pray together over you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up Your child who seeks deliverance and freedom from every oppressive force. Lord, You are faithful and just, and You have already secured the victory through the blood of Your Son. We stand on Zechariah 3:2 and declare that Satan is rebuked in this situation—every accusation, every scheme, every plan of the enemy to hinder, control, or oppress is rendered powerless by the blood of Jesus. We plead the blood of Christ over every area of their life, breaking every curse, every chain, and every stronghold in Jesus’ name.
Father, if there are areas of disobedience or unconfessed sin, we ask that You reveal them by Your Holy Spirit. Grant them a heart of repentance and a spirit of humility to turn away from anything that does not align with Your will. Fill them afresh with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in the liberty for which Christ has set them free (Galatians 5:1). Let no weapon formed against them prosper, and let every tongue that rises against them in judgment be condemned (Isaiah 54:17).
Strengthen them, Lord, to stand firm in the faith, clothed in Your armor, and rooted in Your Word. Let them walk in the authority You have given them as Your child, knowing that greater is He who is in them than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Surround them with Your angels, Lord, to guard and protect them from all evil. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We thank You, Father, for the victory that is already won. We declare that they are free indeed (John 8:36), and we give You all the glory, honor, and praise. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
