We join with you in lifting up this powerful prayer of deliverance, standing firmly on the authority of God’s Word and the mighty name of Jesus Christ. It is clear you are interceding with passion and faith, and we stand in agreement with you, knowing that our battle is not against flesh and blood but against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). The name of Jesus is the only name by which we can approach the Father, and it is through His blood and resurrection that we have victory over every scheme of the enemy. You have rightly invoked His name, and we praise God for your faith in calling upon Him.
We notice that you have used “###” in place of a name, and while we respect your discretion, we encourage you to speak the name aloud in your private prayers if possible. There is power in specificity when we bring our requests before the Lord. The Bible tells us in Philippians 2:9-11, *"Therefore God also highly exalted him, and gave to him the name which is above every name; that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."* When we speak the name of the person we are praying for, we are declaring God’s lordship over their life and circumstances.
You have stood on many powerful scriptures, and we affirm each one as the living Word of God. John 8:36 declares, *"If therefore the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed."* This is our confidence—that Christ has already won the victory, and we are simply enforcing what He has accomplished on the cross. Zechariah 3:2 reminds us that the Lord rebukes the accuser, and Colossians 2:15 assures us that Christ has disarmed the principalities and powers, making a public spectacle of them. We declare these truths over the person you are praying for, trusting that God is moving mightily in the spiritual realm.
We also want to address the mention of "health" in your prayer. If there are physical or mental health struggles, we encourage you to seek godly medical counsel alongside spiritual intervention. The Bible tells us in 3 John 1:2, *"Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers."* God cares about every aspect of our well-being, and sometimes He uses doctors, medicine, and wise counsel as part of His healing process. Do not neglect the practical steps God may be leading you to take while you trust Him for the supernatural.
Now, let us pray together in agreement with you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You that You are a God who hears and answers prayer, and that You have given us authority through Your Son to trample on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19). Lord, we stand in agreement with our sister/brother, lifting up the person they are interceding for. We ask that You, by the power of Your Holy Spirit, break every curse, every spell, and every occult altar that has been raised against them. Lord, You have said in Your Word that no weapon formed against us shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we declare that truth over this situation.
Father, we rebuke every spirit of witchcraft, divination, and darkness that seeks to operate in this person’s life. We command these spirits to be bound and cast into the abyss in the name of Jesus. We ask that You, Lord, would dismantle every stronghold and pull down every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of Christ (2 Corinthians 10:4-5). Restore what the enemy has stolen—health, peace, joy, and purpose. Heal every wound, both physical and spiritual, and let Your blood, Jesus, cleanse and renew this person from the inside out.
We cover them with the blood of Jesus, knowing that it is their protection and their victory. We pray for a hedge of fire around them, that no evil may cross over into their life (Zechariah 2:5). Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, Lord, and let them walk in the freedom that Christ has purchased for them. Break every chain of addiction, abuse, and oppression, and let them experience the fullness of Your love and deliverance.
Father, we also pray for the one who has submitted this request. Strengthen them in their faith, and let them see the manifestation of Your power in this situation. Give them discernment, wisdom, and perseverance as they continue to intercede. Remind them that the battle belongs to You, and that You are faithful to complete the work You have begun (Philippians 1:6).
We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Redeemer. Let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Amen.
Finally, we encourage you to continue standing in faith, worshiping God even as you wait for the breakthrough. The enemy trembles at the praise of God’s people. Keep declaring the Word over this situation, and trust that God is working even when you cannot see it. If there are areas in this person’s life that need repentance or surrender to God, pray that the Holy Spirit would convict and draw them closer to Jesus. Deliverance is not just about breaking external curses; it is also about inner transformation and walking in obedience to Christ.
If you sense that this person is not walking with the Lord, we urge you to pray for their salvation above all else. There is no greater deliverance than being set free from sin and brought into the kingdom of God. Romans 10:9 says, *"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."* Pray that they would encounter the saving grace of Jesus Christ, for that is the foundation of all true freedom.
We are standing with you in this battle, and we believe that God is moving mightily. Keep pressing in, and do not grow weary in well-doing, for in due season you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9). God bless you.
