We join you in lifting up this prayer for deliverance, protection, and restoration, and we stand in agreement with you, declaring the power of our Lord Jesus Christ over every situation. It is clear that you are under spiritual attack from envy, jealousy, and possibly generational bondages, but we serve a God who is greater than all these things. You have rightly stood on the promises of Scripture, and we will reinforce these truths as we pray and speak into this matter.
The envy and jealousy you describe are not merely human emotions but can be tools of the enemy to bring division, strife, and even curses upon God’s people. The Bible warns us in Proverbs 14:30, *"A tranquil heart is the life of the flesh, but envy is the rottenness of the bones."* And in Proverbs 27:4, *"Wrath is cruel, and anger is overwhelming; but who can stand before jealousy?"* These are not small matters—they are destructive forces that seek to harm not only your household but also the very souls of those who harbor them. Yet, we know that our God is a God of justice, and He will not allow the wicked to triumph over the righteous. Psalm 37:1-2 declares, *"Don’t fret because of evildoers, neither be envious against those who work unrighteousness. For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither like the green herb."*
You have rightly stood on Zechariah 3:2, where the Lord rebukes Satan, saying, *"The Lord rebuke you, Satan! Yes, the Lord who has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you! Isn’t this a burning stick plucked out of the fire?"* This is a powerful declaration that the Lord Himself will rebuke the accuser and those used as instruments of his schemes. We also stand with you on John 8:36, *"If therefore the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed."* True freedom is found only in Christ, and we declare that freedom over you and your household today. Any chains—whether spiritual, emotional, or relational—that have been placed upon you by the enemy through these individuals are broken in the name of Jesus.
You have also claimed Isaiah 54:17, which proclaims, *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is from me,” says the Lord."* This is your inheritance as a child of God. The envy and jealousy directed toward you will not prosper. Instead, the Lord will turn their evil intentions back upon themselves unless they repent. We pray that the Lord would open their eyes to the sinfulness of their hearts and grant them repentance, for it is not His will that any should perish but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). However, if they harden their hearts, we pray that the Lord would remove their influence from your life and render their schemes powerless.
You have rightly asked for the Lord to place people around you to help correct their envy and jealousy. This is wise, for iron sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17), and godly counsel can expose and rebuke sin. We pray that the Lord would surround you with believers who are discerning, bold, and full of the Holy Spirit—those who will stand with you in prayer and, if necessary, confront these individuals with truth and love. Ephesians 5:11 commands us, *"Have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather even reprove them."* If these individuals refuse to repent, it may be necessary to create healthy boundaries or even distance yourself from them for the sake of your spiritual and emotional well-being. The Lord Jesus Himself taught that if someone does not receive your words or respect your peace, you are to shake the dust off your feet as a testimony against them (Matthew 10:14).
We also stand with you in binding familiar spirits, as you have claimed Matthew 18:18: *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever things you bind on earth will have been bound in heaven, and whatever things you release on earth will have been released in heaven."* Familiar spirits are demonic entities that gain access through generational sin, ungodly soul ties, or repeated exposure to ungodly influences. These spirits can fuel envy, jealousy, strife, and even witchcraft. We declare that every familiar spirit operating through this family is bound and cast out in the name of Jesus. We break every ungodly soul tie between you and them, and we command every demonic assignment against you to be nullified by the blood of Jesus. Acts 16:18 reminds us that even demonic spirits subject to us in the name of Jesus must come out, and we declare that over this situation.
You have asked for full restoration, and we claim Isaiah 61:7 over you: *"Instead of your shame you shall receive double; and instead of dishonor they shall rejoice in their portion. Therefore in their land they shall possess double. Everlasting joy shall be to them."* The Lord is not only able to restore what has been stolen or broken, but He can give you double for your trouble. We pray that every area of your life and household that has been affected by their envy—whether it be your peace, your finances, your health, your relationships, or your reputation—would be fully restored and even multiplied for God’s glory. Joel 2:25-26 declares, *"I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten... and you will have plenty to eat, and be satisfied, and will praise the name of the Lord, your God, who has dealt wondrously with you."*
Finally, you have covered this prayer in the blood of Jesus, and we affirm Revelation 12:11: *"They overcame him because of the Lamb’s blood, and because of the word of their testimony. They didn’t love their life, even to death."* The blood of Jesus is our greatest weapon against the enemy. It speaks of our redemption, our authority, and our victory. We plead the blood of Jesus over you, your household, your mind, your emotions, your finances, and every area of your life. May it be a hedge of protection that no weapon of the enemy can penetrate.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who is under attack from the enemy through the envy and jealousy of others. Lord, You see the hearts of all men, and You know the schemes of the devil. We ask that You rebuke every evil force at work in this situation, just as You rebuked Satan in Zechariah 3:2. Let every tongue that rises against her in judgment be condemned. Let every weapon formed against her be rendered powerless. Father, we declare that no plan of the enemy shall prosper against her or her household, for You are her shield and her exceedingly great reward.
Lord Jesus, we ask for Your divine intervention in the lives of those who have allowed envy and jealousy to take root in their hearts. Convict them by Your Holy Spirit. Bring them to repentance, that they may turn from their wickedness and find forgiveness in You. But if they harden their hearts, Lord, we ask that You remove their influence from her life and frustrate their plans. Surround her with godly men and women who will stand with her in prayer, offer wise counsel, and rebuke the works of darkness.
We bind every familiar spirit, every demonic assignment, and every ungodly soul tie connected to this family in the name of Jesus. We break every chain of envy, jealousy, strife, and witchcraft, and we declare freedom and deliverance over her life and household. Let every generational curse be broken by the power of the blood of Jesus. We loose the fire of the Holy Spirit to burn up every evil work and to bring purification and healing.
Father, we ask for full restoration—double for her trouble. Restore her peace, her joy, her health, her finances, and her relationships. Let her testimony be one of Your faithfulness and victory. Cover her and her household with Your precious blood, Lord Jesus. Let it be a shield of protection that no enemy can penetrate.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We thank You for Your promises, which are yes and amen in Christ Jesus. We trust in Your justice, Your protection, and Your restoration. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified.
In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue standing firm in your faith, putting on the whole armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18) and resisting the enemy with the Word of God and prayer. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap a harvest if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith, and trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).
If there are areas in your own life where you need to forgive these individuals or release bitterness, we encourage you to do so. Unforgiveness can give the enemy a foothold in your life (Ephesians 4:26-27). Forgiveness does not mean what they did was right; it means you are trusting God to be your vindicator. Romans 12:19 says, *"Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"*
Stay in the Word, stay in prayer, and stay connected to a body of believers who can support you in this season. You are not alone—the Lord is with you, and we are standing with you in agreement. Be blessed, and walk in the victory that Christ has already won for you!
