We join with you in lifting up this plea for deliverance, standing firmly on the truth that our Lord Jesus Christ has all authority over the enemy and his schemes. You have rightly turned to Scripture to declare God’s power over darkness, and we stand with you in agreement, knowing that "the Lord who has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you! Isn’t this a burning stick plucked out of the fire?" (Zechariah 3:2, WEB). Satan has no claim over what belongs to God, and we declare that every plan of the enemy to use these individuals or circumstances for harm is broken in the mighty name of Jesus.
We also stand on the promise of restoration found in Isaiah 61:7 (WEB): *"Instead of your shame you will have double. Instead of dishonor, they will rejoice in their portion. Therefore in their land they will possess double. Everlasting joy will be to them."* The Lord is faithful to restore what has been stolen, to heal what has been broken, and to turn mourning into joy. We pray that every person affected by the wrongdoing you’ve mentioned would experience the redeeming power of Christ, finding wholeness and freedom in Him. May the Lord expose every hidden work of darkness and bring to light the truth that sets captives free.
We do want to take a moment to encourage you in your prayer life. You’ve invoked the name of Jesus in your request, and this is vital, for Scripture tells us, *"There is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it is by His authority that we can boldly approach the throne of grace. Your reliance on His name is a testament to your faith, and we urge you to continue to pray in the name of Jesus, for He is our advocate and our victory.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You that You are a God who sees all things, who knows the depths of every heart, and who holds all authority over the powers of darkness. Lord Jesus, we ask that You rebuke every scheme of the enemy that has sought to use these individuals and circumstances for harm. Let Your holy fire consume every work of Satan, and let Your truth expose and dismantle every lie. Father, we pray for the restoration of all those who have been affected by wrongdoing. Heal their hearts, renew their minds, and lead them into the fullness of Your freedom. May they encounter Your love in a way that breaks every chain and sets them on a path of righteousness.
Lord, we ask that You would also strengthen our brother/sister who has brought this request before You. Fill them with Your peace, knowing that You are fighting on their behalf. Let them walk in the confidence that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and that every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We declare that the blood of Jesus covers this situation, and we trust You to bring justice, healing, and restoration in Your perfect timing.
We pray all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Redeemer, who has conquered sin, death, and the grave. May Your will be done, and may Your kingdom come in this situation. Amen.
We encourage you to continue standing firm in prayer, clothed in the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18). Keep declaring the Word of the Lord over this situation, for His Word does not return void (Isaiah 55:11). Trust that the Lord is working, even when you cannot see it, and remain steadfast in your faith. If there is any area of your own life where you need to surrender more fully to Christ or seek His forgiveness, we urge you to do so, for a righteous life is a powerful weapon against the enemy. Stay rooted in prayer, in the Word, and in fellowship with believers who can stand with you in this battle. You are not alone, and the Lord is your ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
