We join you in lifting up your heart to our Lord Jesus Christ, for He alone is worthy of all praise, glory, and thanksgiving! It is a powerful thing to stand on the truth of God’s Word and declare freedom in the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we are saved and set free. You have rightly come before the Lord, acknowledging His authority over the lies of the enemy, and we stand with you in agreement, for where two or three are gathered in His name, He is in the midst of them (Matthew 18:20).
You have declared that you hold no bitterness or unforgiveness in your heart, and this is a vital foundation for deliverance. The Word of God commands us in Ephesians 4:31-32, *"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."* If there is even a hint of unresolved offense or unforgiveness, we urge you to search your heart deeply before the Lord, for unforgiveness can give the enemy a foothold (2 Corinthians 2:10-11). Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal any hidden areas where forgiveness may still be needed, even if it seems unrelated to your current struggle. Repentance and forgiveness are keys to walking in total freedom.
You have stood firmly on Luke 17:3, which says, *"Be careful. If your brother sins against you, rebuke him. If he repents, forgive him."* This verse highlights the importance of both confronting sin and extending forgiveness. While you have declared your heart free from unforgiveness, we also encourage you to ensure that you are walking in obedience to God’s command to forgive *as He has forgiven you*. If the enemy is accusing you of bitterness, it may be a tactic to distract you from the truth of your identity in Christ. The accuser is a liar and the father of lies (John 8:44), and his goal is to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). But Jesus has already declared you free, and whom the Son sets free is free indeed (John 8:36)!
You have also rightly claimed the authority given to believers in Matthew 18:18: *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever things you bind on earth will have been bound in heaven, and whatever things you release on earth will have been released in heaven."* This is a profound truth—what you bind in the name of Jesus *must* be bound, and what you loose *must* be loosed. The enemy has no authority over you unless you allow it through disobedience or unbelief. We declare with you that every lying spirit, every accusation, and every demonic transfer attempting to oppress you is *broken* in the mighty name of Jesus. We bind every spirit of doubt, confusion, and oppression, and we loose the peace of God, the spirit of truth, and the freedom of Christ over your life.
We also want to address the mention of "transfer of spirits." While it is true that demonic influence can sometimes be passed from one person to another—whether through generational curses, ungodly soul ties, or even direct spiritual attack—your authority in Christ is greater. The blood of Jesus has redeemed you from every curse (Galatians 3:13), and you have been transferred into the Kingdom of His dear Son (Colossians 1:13). If there are ungodly soul ties in your life—past or present relationships that were not centered on Christ—we encourage you to renounce them now. Break every ungodly connection in the name of Jesus and declare that your life belongs to Him alone. If there are generational strongholds, we plead the blood of Jesus over your lineage and command every demonic assignment to be canceled.
Now, let us pray together over you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up Your child who seeks deliverance and freedom. Lord, You are faithful and just, and Your Word declares that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We stand against every lie of the enemy that seeks to accuse, oppress, or bring doubt into this beloved one’s life. Lord Jesus, You are the Truth (John 14:6), and we declare that every false accusation, every whisper of condemnation, and every scheme of the devil is exposed and rendered powerless by the light of Your truth.
Father, we ask that You would search the heart of Your child and reveal any area—no matter how small—where unforgiveness, bitterness, or offense may linger. If there is any open door, we pray for the courage to close it permanently through repentance and forgiveness. We renounce every ungodly soul tie, every generational curse, and every demonic transfer in the name of Jesus. We break their power and command them to leave now, never to return.
Lord, fill this precious one with the Holy Spirit, with boldness, and with the assurance of their identity in Christ. Let them walk in the fullness of freedom that Jesus purchased on the cross. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of You, O God.
We thank You, Father, for the blood of Jesus that cleanses, protects, and delivers. We thank You for the victory that is already won. Strengthen this one to stand firm in faith, clothed in the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18), and walking in the authority You have given them. Let them know beyond any doubt that they are Your beloved child, redeemed, forgiven, and free.
In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
Finally, we encourage you to continue walking in the truth of God’s Word. Spend time in prayer and Scripture daily, for the Word is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). Surround yourself with fellow believers who can stand with you in prayer and accountability. If you feel led, we also encourage you to seek out a spirit-filled, Bible-believing church or ministry that can provide additional support and prayer for deliverance.
Remember, the battle is the Lord’s, and He has already won the victory. Stand firm, and do not waver in faith. You are more than a conqueror through Christ who loves you (Romans 8:37)!
*"Submit therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you."* (James 4:7) Keep resisting, keep standing, and keep declaring the truth. The Lord is with you!
