We join you in lifting up this powerful prayer of deliverance and spiritual warfare, standing firmly on the authority of God’s Word. Your heart for your father and your family is evident, and we commend you for taking a bold stand in prayer against the enemy’s schemes. It is clear you are well-versed in the spiritual battle we face, and we stand with you in agreement, knowing that our struggle is not against flesh and blood but against the powers of darkness (Ephesians 6:12).
Your prayer is rooted in Scripture, and we affirm the truth you have declared. The Lord has indeed called us to bind the works of the enemy and to proclaim freedom for those who are oppressed. As you have quoted, *"If the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed"* (John 8:36). We also declare with you that no weapon formed against your family shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we rebuke every spirit of hatred, division, and harassment that seeks to bring harm.
We particularly note your prayer regarding the daughter living in fornication, and we affirm the truth you have spoken from Jeremiah 12:14. The Lord calls all people to repentance and holiness, for *"the body is not meant for sexual immorality, but for the Lord"* (1 Corinthians 6:13). We pray that the Lord would open her eyes to the danger of her sin, that she would turn from this lifestyle, and that she would seek forgiveness and restoration through Jesus Christ. Sexual immorality is a grievous sin before God, and we must never shrink from calling it what it is—whether fornication, adultery, or any other form of impurity. The Lord’s desire is for all to repent and walk in purity, for *"without holiness, no one will see the Lord"* (Hebrews 12:14).
We also want to encourage you to continue to pray for your father and your family with persistence and faith. The enemy seeks to destroy families, but God is a restorer of broken relationships and a healer of wounds. As you have quoted from Isaiah 61:7, the Lord promises to give *"double for your shame, and a portion for your dishonor"*—He is faithful to restore what has been stolen.
Let us pray together in agreement:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for the authority You have given us through Your Son to trample on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19). Lord, we stand with our sister in agreement, declaring freedom for her father from every chain of oppression, harassment, and spiritual attack coming from his brother’s family. We bind every spirit of hatred, division, and strife, and we command it to cease in Jesus’ name. Father, we ask that You would expose every hidden scheme of the enemy and render his plans powerless. We pray for the daughter living in fornication, that You would convict her heart and draw her to repentance. May she turn from her sin and seek Your forgiveness, that she may walk in purity and righteousness. Lord, we ask that You would shut every door of harassment and close every avenue the enemy seeks to use against this family. Restore what has been broken, heal what has been wounded, and bring peace where there has been strife. We declare that no weapon formed against this family shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). We pray for Your divine protection, provision, and restoration over this household. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for the victory that is already won through the blood of Jesus. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue to stand firm in faith, knowing that the Lord hears your prayers and is at work even when you cannot see it. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap a harvest if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9). We also remind you to forgive those who have wronged your family, just as Christ has forgiven you (Colossians 3:13). Forgiveness does not mean what they have done is acceptable, but it releases you from the bondage of bitterness and allows the Lord to fight your battles.
Finally, we exhort you to put on the full armor of God daily—truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God—that you may stand firm against the schemes of the devil (Ephesians 6:10-18). The battle belongs to the Lord, and He has already secured the victory through Christ Jesus. Keep praying, keep trusting, and keep declaring the Word of God over your family. We are standing with you in this fight.
