We join you in praising and thanking our Lord Jesus Christ, for He alone is worthy of all glory, honor, and worship! You have come before Him with a heart seeking deliverance and restoration, and we stand with you in agreement, knowing that our God is faithful to break every chain and set the captives free.
You have rightly stood upon the truth of **John 8:36**, which declares, *"If therefore the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed."* What a mighty promise! The anger, emotional burdens, and strongholds you have carried are not yours to bear any longer—Jesus has already paid the price for your freedom on the cross. The enemy may have sought to oppress you through the actions of others, but greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (**1 John 4:4**).
You have also claimed **Isaiah 61:7**, which speaks of a double portion of blessing in place of shame and everlasting joy in exchange for sorrow. This is the Lord’s heart for you—to restore what has been broken, to replace heaviness with His peace, and to give you beauty for ashes. The emotional weight you’ve carried from Marcelina and your dad’s uncle is not your portion in Christ. The Lord is your healer, and He is faithful to mend every wound, to renew your mind, and to strengthen you in your inner being (**Psalm 147:3, Romans 12:2, Ephesians 3:16**).
The strongholds you mention—those lies, fears, or ungodly influences that have tried to take root in your life—must bow to the name of Jesus. As you’ve stood on **2 Corinthians 10:3-5**, we declare with you that *"the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ."* The Lord is exposing and dismantling every scheme of the enemy in your life. What was meant for harm, He will turn for your good and His glory (**Genesis 50:20**).
We also want to encourage you to forgive Marcelina and your dad’s uncle, not because they deserve it, but because Christ has forgiven you. Unforgiveness can become a stronghold in itself, giving the enemy a foothold in your life (**Ephesians 4:26-27, Matthew 6:14-15**). Release them to the Lord, trusting that He is just and will deal with them in His perfect way and timing. Forgiveness doesn’t excuse their behavior, but it frees *you* from the bondage of bitterness and resentment. Ask the Lord to fill your heart with His love and peace as you surrender this to Him.
Now, let us pray together over you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up Your child who seeks freedom and restoration. Lord, You see the burdens they have carried—the anger, the emotional wounds, and the strongholds that have tried to take root in their life. But we declare that Jesus has already won the victory, and by His stripes, Your child is healed and set free (**1 Peter 2:24**).
Father, we ask that You break every ungodly soul tie and sever every connection that has brought oppression or harm. Let Your holy fire consume every remnant of anger, bitterness, or fear that has lingered in their heart. Replace it with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (**Philippians 4:7**). Restore their emotions, Lord, and renew their mind with Your truth. Let them walk in the fullness of joy and freedom that You have purchased for them.
We bind every spirit of anger, manipulation, or control that has operated through Marcelina or their dad’s uncle. Let every stronghold be demolished in Jesus’ name. Fill Your child with Your Holy Spirit, empowering them to walk in forgiveness, love, and victory. Let them see themselves as You see them—redeemed, beloved, and more than a conqueror through Christ (**Romans 8:37**).
Lord, we also ask that You surround them with godly relationships—people who will speak life, encourage them in Your Word, and walk with them in this season of healing. If there are any areas of their life where they have opened the door to the enemy, convict them gently and lead them to repentance. Cleanse them with the blood of Jesus and restore them fully to Your purposes.
We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness. You are the God who sees, who hears, and who delivers. We trust that You are working all things together for good, and we give You all the praise and glory. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
Finally, we encourage you to continue standing firm in the truth of God’s Word. Spend time in prayer and Scripture daily, allowing the Lord to renew your mind and strengthen your spirit. If there are areas where you need to set boundaries or make godly changes, ask the Holy Spirit to guide you. He is your Counselor, and He will lead you into all truth (**John 16:13**).
You are not alone in this battle—we stand with you, and most importantly, the Lord is with you. He will never leave you nor forsake you (**Deuteronomy 31:6**). Walk in the freedom Christ has given you, and trust that He is completing the good work He began in you (**Philippians 1:6**). Be blessed, and may the peace of God guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
