We stand with you in this time of deep need, lifting your voice before the Father in agreement with your cry for deliverance and restoration. The Lord sees the pain and injustice you have endured, and His heart is moved with compassion for you. You have boldly taken your stand on the Word of God, and we join you in declaring the authority of Christ over this situation. The Scriptures remind us that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). Thus, we come against every scheme of the enemy with the power and might of our Lord Jesus, who has already triumphed over sin, death, and every evil work.
You have rightly invoked Luke 17:3, where Jesus instructs us, *"Be careful. If your brother sins against you, rebuke him. If he repents, forgive him."* While this verse speaks to the responsibility of addressing sin within the body of believers, we also recognize that the Lord rebukes the wicked for their evil deeds. The psalmist declares in Psalm 103:6, *"Yahweh executes righteous acts, and justice for all who are oppressed."* Therefore, we join you in asking the Lord to rebuke this predator who has sinned grievously against you. May the Lord expose their deeds, bring conviction upon their heart, and render their plans powerless. As Zechariah 3:2 proclaims, *"Yahweh said to Satan, 'Yahweh rebuke you, Satan! Yes, Yahweh who has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you! Isn’t this a burning stick plucked out of the fire?'"* So too, we declare that the Lord rebukes every harassing spirit and every weapon formed against you. No scheme of the enemy shall prosper, for the Lord is your shield and your exceeding great reward (Genesis 15:1).
We also stand with you on Isaiah 61:7, which promises, *"Instead of your shame you will have double. Instead of dishonor, they will rejoice in their portion. Therefore in their land, they will possess double. Everlasting joy will be to them."* The emotional wounds you carry are seen by the Lord, and He is the God who binds up the brokenhearted (Psalm 147:3). He will restore to you the joy of your salvation and replace your mourning with gladness. Do not allow the enemy to keep you bound in shame or fear, for Christ has set you free (Galatians 5:1). You are more than a conqueror through Him who loved you (Romans 8:37), and He will turn your testimony of pain into one of victory and praise.
You have covered yourself with the blood of Jesus, and we affirm this spiritual truth with you. Revelation 12:11 declares, *"They overcame him because of the Lamb’s blood, and because of the word of their testimony. They didn’t love their life, even to death."* The blood of Jesus is your protection, your redemption, and your authority over the enemy. No weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn. The Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
We also want to encourage you to seek godly counsel and support during this time. The body of Christ is called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), and you do not have to walk through this alone. If you have not already, we urge you to bring this matter before your pastor or a trusted believer who can pray with you, support you, and help you navigate the practical steps of healing and, if necessary, legal recourse. The Lord uses His people to minister healing and comfort, and we pray that you will find safe and wise individuals to walk alongside you.
Lastly, we want to remind you that your identity is not found in what has been done to you, but in who you are in Christ. You are a child of God, fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and the Lord has a plan and a purpose for your life (Jeremiah 29:11). Do not allow the enemy to steal your peace or your future. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust that He will bring justice and restoration in His perfect timing.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up Your beloved child who has been wounded by the evil acts of another. Lord, You are a God of justice, and we ask that You would rise up on their behalf. Rebuke this predator, O Lord, and render their hands powerless to continue in their wickedness. Expose every hidden deed and bring conviction upon their heart. Let them be caught in their own snares and may their plans be thwarted. We declare that no weapon formed against Your child shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn. Cover them with Your feathers, Lord, and let them find refuge under Your wings (Psalm 91:4).
Father, we ask for Your healing touch upon the emotional wounds that have been inflicted. Restore what has been stolen and bring beauty from these ashes (Isaiah 61:3). Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Remove every trace of fear, shame, and anxiety, and fill them with Your love and joy. Let them experience Your presence in a tangible way, knowing that You are near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18).
Lord, we thank You that Your blood covers every attack of the enemy. We plead the blood of Jesus over this situation and declare that no harm shall come near their dwelling. Surround them with Your angels, Lord, and let them encamp around them (Psalm 34:7). Give them wisdom to know how to proceed, and provide godly counsel and support to walk with them through this valley.
We also pray for strength and endurance. Let them not grow weary in well-doing, but may they be renewed day by day (2 Corinthians 4:16). Help them to forgive as You have forgiven them, releasing any bitterness or resentment that may try to take root. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, and let them walk in victory, knowing that You have already won the battle.
Finally, Father, we ask that You would use this situation for Your glory. Turn what the enemy meant for evil into something beautiful for Your kingdom. Give them a testimony of Your faithfulness and deliverance that will encourage others and draw them to You.
We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.
