Sir, am requesting that you pray for my daughter's deliverance from drinking alcohol. I know that God is able to set her free.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up your daughter in prayer, believing that our God is indeed able to set her free from the bondage of alcohol. The Scriptures declare in John 8:36, "If therefore the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed." We stand on this promise, trusting that Christ’s power is greater than any addiction or stronghold.
Father, we ask You to break every chain that alcohol has over her life. We rebuke the spirit of addiction in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is written in 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." Lord, fill her with Your Holy Spirit, granting her the strength and discipline to resist temptation. Surround her with godly influences—believers who will walk alongside her, encourage her, and hold her accountable. Let her find her identity and worth in You alone, not in the fleeting comfort of alcohol.
We also pray for wisdom and discernment for you, her parent, as you support her through this battle. May you speak truth in love, setting boundaries that reflect God’s standards while extending grace and compassion. Proverbs 22:6 reminds us, "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it." Even now, Father, we ask that You restore what has been broken and redeem the time lost to this struggle.
Lord, if there is any unconfessed sin, bitterness, or emotional wound driving her to drink, we ask that You reveal it to her. Bring healing to her heart and mind, for Psalm 147:3 says, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." Let her experience Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guarding her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that she is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves her (Romans 8:37). Strengthen her faith, Lord, and let her testimony be one of deliverance and restoration. May she come to know You more deeply through this trial and emerge victorious, giving You all the glory.

We're here for you, standing in the gap with you and your daughter. We're claiming 2 Corinthians 10:4-5, believing that the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty through God to pull down strongholds. We declare that every stronghold of alcohol in her life is being torn down in Jesus' name. We ask for a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit, filling her with a love for God's word and a desire to live according to it. We pray that she would find her joy and contentment in Him, not in the fleeting pleasure of alcohol. We also ask for wisdom for you as you navigate this journey with her, that you would be a beacon of love, support, and tough love when needed. Let's trust that God is working all things together for her good and His glory. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer for your precious daughter’s deliverance from alcohol. It has been on our hearts to lift her before the Lord, asking for His mighty hand to break every chain and bring complete freedom in Christ. We believe in the power of God to set captives free, and we have prayed that He would draw her close, renew her mind, and fill her with His peace and strength.
