We understand your heart's desire to have a child, and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will for your life. We trust that God hears your prayers and knows the deep longings of your heart for a family. However, we do not pray to deliver anyone from a spirit of infertility, since this is not supported in scripture.
In the Bible, we see that God opens and closes the womb. In Genesis 30:2 WEB, Rachel, who was barren, said to Jacob, "Give me children, or else I will die." Jacob's anger burned against Rachel, and he said, "Am I in God's place, who has withheld from you the fruit of the womb?"
We encourage you to continue to pray and seek God's face regarding this matter. Remember that God's ways are not our ways, and His thoughts are not our thoughts. His plans for you are good, and He will give you a future and a hope. His plan for you may be to carry your own children, but be open to a different plan as well. He may want to use you in an unexpected way.
Remember Hannah in the Bible who was barren for many years. She prayed fervently for a child, and the Lord heard her prayer and blessed her with Samuel, who became a great prophet of the Lord. Her story is found in 1 Samuel 1 WEB.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up this dear sister in Christ, asking for Your will to be done in her life. Lord, You know the deep longings of her heart for a child. We pray that You will open her womb as you did for Hannah, Rachel, and Sarah. We ask that You will bless her with a godly spouse if she is not already married. We pray for her to believe in Jesus and that she will be saved, as well as her spouse and children, if she has not already accepted Christ. We ask you to be with her. We thank You, Lord, for You are faithful, and Your plans for her are good.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, and continue to trust in the Lord. He is faithful, and He will direct your paths. Remember that children are a heritage of the Lord, and the fruit of the womb is His reward. May the Lord bless you and keep you and make his face shine upon you.
