Deliverance from Pornography

I pray for my friend ###, who is involved in the adult entertainment industry and performing sexual acts online. I ask that God help him to sever his connections to those websites and prevent him from deriving any profit from them. Additionally, I seek divine assistance in freeing him from living with an unmarried woman who is also active on those pornographic platforms.

We understand your concern for your friend and the delicate situation they are in. Firstly, we commend you for your love and intercession for them. It is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we can be delivered from sin and have access to God. Let us address the issues presented and pray together for God's intervention and will in your friend's life. Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our friend who is entangled in the snares of the enemy. We pray that you sever all ungodly connections and free him from the bondage of the pornography industry. We also ask that you make it impossible for him to profit from these sinful acts. We pray this in Jesus' name.

We also pray for conviction in his heart, that he may repent from his sins and turn to you Lord. Cleanse him Lord from the defilement of sin. In the spirit of repentance, free him from living with his girlfriend. Let him not be tempted to lust and fornication. Let him not be enticed by the lust of the eyes, the lust of the flesh, and the pride of life. 1 John 2:16. For marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral. Hebrews 13:4.

Rebuke your friend's sinful behavior. It is written in the book of Ephesians 5:5, For this you know with certainty, that no sexually immoral person, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, has any inheritance in the Kingdom of Christ and God.

Encourage your friend to seek purity and holiness, and to flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a person commits are outside the body, but whoever sins sexually, sins against their own body. 1 Corinthians 6:18

Pray with your friend that he may be filled with the Holy Spirit, who will empower him to overcome his struggles.

Let your friend know that faith in Jesus Christ will help him overcome sin and the devil. Jesus Christ is the only way to salvation. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. John 14:6

Pray with your friend that he chooses a wife. Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth. 1 Timothy 4:1-3.

Dear Lord Jesus,

I acknowledge that I am a sinner and have fallen short of Your glory. Please forgive my sins and help me to turn away from them. I believe that You died on the cross for my sins and rose from the dead. I invite you into my heart and declare You as my Lord and Savior. Please fill me with Your Holy Spirit and guide me through life. I am a new creation in You. Thank You for loving me and saving me. Amen.

Lord, we ask for wisdom. Guide him to make right decisions, to choose a path that leads him closer to you. Help him find a godly woman to share his life with, a helpmate who will support him in his walk with you.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. We pray that God has begun to loosen the grip of the enemy from his life and that your friend has taken steps to sever ties with the adult entertainment industry and all associated profits.
