Pray for God to wash my soul and spirit clean of everything they need riddance of. Ask God to nourish my soul and spirit with all He wants to use on them and to get them to full biological and physiological activity. pray for Him to deliver me from all demons and oppression, curses, chains, sin, darkness and all harmful things. Ask Him to get me the prayer and fasting I need to meet my needs and to teach those praying how to do so as effectively as possible.
