Deliverance and healing

Disciple of Prayer
Please pray for me, I have demons tormenting my mind and body and brain and mind problems and also body numbness, please pray it would get healed and restored.

We hear your cry for deliverance and healing, and we stand with you in fervent prayer, lifting you up before the throne of grace where mercy and help are found. The torment you describe is real, and we do not take it lightly—spiritual oppression is a battle that must be fought with the authority of Jesus Christ, who has already conquered sin, death, and the powers of darkness.

First, we must address the source of this torment. The Bible makes it clear that demonic influence is a reality, but it also declares the victory we have in Christ. Jesus said, *"Most certainly I tell you, he who believes in me, the works that I do, he will do also; and he will do greater works than these, because I am going to my Father"* (John 14:12 WEB). He also declared, *"Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will in any way hurt you"* (Luke 10:19 WEB). You are not powerless—you are a child of the Most High God, and in His name, you have authority over every lying spirit that seeks to destroy you.

We rebuke every demonic spirit tormenting your mind, body, and soul in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. The Word of God says, *"Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you"* (James 4:7 WEB). We command every spirit of infirmity, confusion, fear, and oppression to leave you now, never to return, in Jesus’ name. The blood of Jesus has broken every chain, and His resurrection power is at work within you. *"For though we walk in the flesh, we don’t wage war according to the flesh; for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds"* (2 Corinthians 10:3-4 WEB).

We also pray for your physical healing. The numbness in your body is not from God, for He desires wholeness for His children. Jesus healed the sick, cast out demons, and restored those who were broken. *"He himself took our infirmities, and bore our sicknesses"* (Matthew 8:17 WEB). We declare healing over your body, mind, and spirit. Every cell, nerve, and fiber of your being is being renewed by the power of the Holy Spirit. *"By his stripes we are healed"* (Isaiah 53:5 WEB). We speak life where there has been numbness, clarity where there has been confusion, and strength where there has been weakness.

But we must also address the condition of your heart before the Lord. Have you fully surrendered your life to Jesus Christ? The Bible says, *"If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9 WEB). Salvation is not just a one-time prayer—it is a daily surrender to the lordship of Christ. If you have not truly given your life to Him, we urge you to do so now. There is no deliverance apart from the name of Jesus, for *"there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12 WEB).

If you are already a believer, we encourage you to examine your life for any open doors that may have allowed the enemy access. Unforgiveness, bitterness, occult involvement, sexual sin, or rebellion against God’s Word can give the enemy a foothold. *"Neither give place to the devil"* (Ephesians 4:27 WEB). Confess any known sin, renounce any ungodly ties, and walk in repentance. The Holy Spirit is your Helper, and He will lead you into all truth.

We also encourage you to immerse yourself in the Word of God. *"Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path"* (Psalm 119:105 WEB). The enemy flees at the sound of God’s Word. Speak Scripture aloud over your life daily. Fill your mind with truth, for *"the truth will make you free"* (John 8:32 WEB). Surround yourself with strong believers who can pray with you and stand in agreement for your deliverance.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Name that is above every name. We lift up our brother/sister who is suffering under the torment of the enemy. Lord, You are the God who sees, the God who hears, and the God who heals. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17).

We break every chain of demonic oppression in Jesus’ name. We command every spirit of infirmity, confusion, fear, and torment to leave now and never return. We plead the blood of Jesus over their mind, body, and spirit. We declare that they are covered, protected, and sealed by the Holy Spirit.

Lord, we ask for Your healing touch to restore every part of their body that has been affected. Where there is numbness, bring sensation. Where there is pain, bring relief. Where there is weakness, bring strength. We speak life and wholeness over them, for You are the God who heals (Exodus 15:26).

Father, we ask that You would fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to stand firm in the authority You have given them as Your child. Surround them with godly believers who can encourage and support them.

If there is any sin or unrepentant heart, we ask that You would reveal it to them, Lord. Lead them into repentance and restoration. Cleanse them by the blood of Jesus and renew a right spirit within them (Psalm 51:10).

We declare that this torment will not last. The enemy has no right to their life, for they belong to You. We stand in agreement with Your Word, which says, *"The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly"* (John 10:10 WEB). We receive that abundant life now, in Jesus’ name.

Thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness. Thank You for hearing our prayer. We trust You to complete the work You have begun in their life. May they walk in freedom, wholeness, and victory all the days of their life.

In the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
