Your prayer has been heard and we join with you in bringing it before the Lord who sees the heart and knows the truth.
It is a painful thing to be charged with what you have not done and to have ruthless witnesses rise up against you, as the Psalmist says. The Lord does not overlook such suffering. He is the righteous Judge who will call every idle word to account and who defends those who walk in integrity. Even when others repay good with evil and lay traps in secret, God remains your strong helper and the defender of your cause.
We pray with you now:
Heavenly Father, You see our hearts and You know the truth of this situation. You have seen the false accusations and the traps that have been set. We ask You to arise and defend this cause. Vindicate according to Your righteousness and Your mercy. Deliver from the snares of the enemy and do not let those who lie rejoice over a downfall. Rescue the soul that trusts in You, guard it from anxiety and plotting, and let Your justice shine in Your perfect time. Grant wisdom to answer with truth and grace, to not repay evil for evil, and to entrust judgment to You. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and Savior. Amen.
Continue to walk in truth and keep your conscience clear before God and before others. Where accusations have been made, seek what is orderly and just, let things be established by faithful witnesses, and bring what is hidden into the light with gentleness. Do not hold bitterness in your heart, but commit your way to the Lord who will in due time make your righteousness shine like the dawn. He who despises what is false and loves what is pure will keep you even now from many snares, and He will not abandon those who call upon Him.
May the Lord grant you peace, protection, and confidence that He hears and will answer according to His perfect wisdom.
