HE CAN DEDUCT A HUGE AMOUNT FROM THE ALIMONY HE DIDNT PAY NO WORRIESSSSSS ANYMORE BUT HE IS MORE THEN WELCOME TO PAY THE CONTRACTOR I HIRED AND THE TEAM THAT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED EVEN IN PAYMENTS GREATLY IT WONT BE MUCH I HAVE MOST OF IT DONE IF NOT IT IS OK I HAVE IT UNDERCONTROL GREATLY... I DONT WANT THE MONEY I THINK I FIGURED OUT A WAY SOLVE THE LAND A HOUSE ISSUE I HAVE THE CONTRACTOR HIRED READY TO GO. I JUST NEED THE MASTER BUILDING PERMIT DONE THE CITY TO GIVE THE OK. I WILL BUILD INSTEAD THE GRAND DESIGN WHICH COULD BE LATER IM JUST GOING TO BUILD PART OF THE HOUSE IN SECRET MY AREA WILL BE A SECRET GREATLYYYY WITH A LITTLE BALCONY ON TOP TO HAVE A COFFEE A COUPLE CHAIRS OR SOMETHING.. We recognize the urgency in your words, the determination to move forward, and the faith you are placing in God’s ability to bring order where there has been delay. Let us come before the Lord together, aligning your desires with His will and seeking His wisdom in every step.

First, we must address the foundation of all things, your relationship with Jesus Christ. You mention the blood of Jesus, and we rejoice that you acknowledge His power and sacrifice. There is no victory, no breakthrough, no lasting peace apart from Him. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6 WEB). It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and it is only by His blood that we are cleansed, protected, and empowered to walk in victory. If you have not already done so, we encourage you to surrender your life fully to Him, confessing your sins, repenting, and inviting Him to be the Lord of every area, including this situation with your home and your former marriage. Salvation is not just a one-time prayer; it is a daily walk of faith, obedience, and trust in Him.

Now, regarding your request for the building plans and the cooperation of your ex-husband: We pray that the Lord would soften his heart and grant him wisdom and willingness to provide what is needed. "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him" (James 1:5 WEB). We declare that the delays and obstacles would be removed, and that the city would grant the permits in God’s perfect timing. Father, we ask that You would go before her in every conversation, every email, and every interaction with authorities, contractors, and her ex-husband. Let Your peace rule in her heart, and let her trust in You rather than in the urgency of the moment.

We also lift up the financial aspect of this situation. You mention alimony and the possibility of deductions or direct payments to contractors. While we understand your desire to resolve this without conflict, we must gently remind you that justice and fairness are biblical principles. "Render to all what is due: taxes to whom taxes are due; customs to whom customs; respect to whom respect; honor to whom honor" (Romans 13:7 WEB). If your ex-husband owes you alimony, it is not wrong to expect him to fulfill his legal and moral obligations. However, we pray that this would be handled with integrity and without bitterness. If there is any unforgiveness in your heart toward him, we encourage you to release it to the Lord. "Forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors" (Matthew 6:12 WEB). Unforgiveness only harms you, not him. Let go of any resentment and trust God to be your provider and defender.

Regarding the building plans, we pray for clarity and favor. "Unless Yahweh builds the house, they labor in vain who build it" (Psalm 127:1 WEB). Invite the Lord into every detail, from the placement of the skylight to the layout of your secret quarters. He cares about the desires of your heart, and He delights in giving good gifts to His children. We declare that this home would be a place of peace, joy, and refuge, not just for you but for your cat and any future blessings the Lord may bring. May it be a testimony of His faithfulness and a sanctuary where His presence dwells.

We also want to address the secrecy and urgency in your plans. While we understand your desire to secure your space and move forward, we encourage you to walk in wisdom and transparency where it is required. "The wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceful, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy" (James 3:17 WEB). If there are legal or zoning requirements, seek to honor them rather than working around them in secret. Trust that God can provide a way that is both righteous and effective.

Finally, we pray for your heart and mind. The stress of this situation is evident, and we ask the Lord to guard your thoughts and emotions. "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB). You are not alone in this. The Lord sees your struggles, your efforts, and your faith. He will not abandon you. We declare that His peace would overshadow every fear, and His provision would meet every need.

Soften the heart of her ex-husband to provide the plans and cooperation needed, and grant her favor with the city officials and contractors. Provide the resources, wisdom, and strength to build not just a house, but a home that honors You.

Father, we ask that You would heal any wounds from the past and fill her heart with Your peace. Help her to release any bitterness, unforgiveness, or anxiety, and to trust in Your timing and provision. Guard her mind from fear and her heart from discouragement. Let this home be a place where Your presence dwells, where she can rest in Your love, and where Your glory is reflected in every detail.

Lord, we declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against her in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We speak life, favor, and breakthrough over her situation. May she see Your hand moving in ways she could never imagine, and may she give You all the glory.

You have a great deal on your heart, and I can hear the weariness beneath the eagerness. Here you are, with a plan laid out in your mind, the little balcony for your coffee, the skylight set free, a place for your cat, a door with an opening for comings and goings. You have the contractor ready, the plants chosen, the vision for a Queen’s quarters that is your own, a secret and settled home. Yet one necessary thing hangs on another person, and that waiting has been long and heavy. It is not a small thing to need what only a reluctant hand can send, and to have your own peace tangled up in whether another will do what is right.

But let me draw near and speak a quiet word to you. The Lord your God is not standing at a distance, watching to see whether a man will remember his duty. He who called Himself a Husband to His people long ago did not deliver them from bondage only to abandon them in the wilderness. He brought them out that He might bring them in. And what did He do for them in that desert place? When they had no water, the rock was struck. When they had no bread, the heavens rained down food. Every impossibility became a stage for His faithfulness. Your need right now, whether it comes as a blueprint, a permit, a settlement of what is owed, is not outside His view. He has not forgotten you, nor has He mislaid your cause. We may cry out with the Psalmist, “Remember the Word unto Your servant,” yet God does not need to be reminded as though anything slipped His mind. He has you in perpetual remembrance, and even now He is arranging what you cannot arrange for yourself.

I want you to consider something tender about the way our Lord often works with His children. You have figured out a way, and you are ready to build what you can, with what you have, on your own side. That is good, and you are right to move forward as far as your hand can reach. But sometimes the Lord permits a complete deadlock in one direction so that we will finally lay the whole bundle down and say, “I cannot make this person act. I cannot force this paper to appear. But You can, and I am looking to You.” What if this very delay is His strange method of clearing the platform for His own arm to be revealed? When the disciples stood in that barren place and asked, “How can a man satisfy these men with bread here in the wilderness?” they could not answer their own question. They had to feel their poverty and state their need, and then the Lord had a clear space to work His miracle. He wants the same for you. Not to shame you, but to show you what a strong, tender, providing God you have.

So do not let your heart be troubled about the man who holds what you need. The Lord knows how to deal with him. And do not let the years of unpaid support rise up and steal your hope. You have said, “I don’t want the money, I think I figured out a way.” Do you see what God has already done? He has given you resourcefulness, a settled purpose, a home in embryo on the land you own. The hardest part, the desire to give up, has been met by His grace, and you are still standing. Now rest your weight on Him for the rest. He who has been a Husband to the desolate and a Father to the fatherless will not let you be put to shame. You are not building alone. The unseen Architect is measuring every beam, and He takes a particular delight in the small, secret places His children call their own, the catio, the fountain, the skylight through which the morning light will fall. These are not trifles to Him. He who notices the sparrow’s nest regards your nest with tender affection.

Take courage, then. The blood of Jesus has already spoken a better word over your life than any anxious thought can muster. You are permanently and eternally kept. And as for the immediate tangle, lay it before the throne now and leave it there.

Father, You see this daughter of Yours, and You know the blueprint she needs and the permission still held up. Cut through the snarl. Release what is required. Either turn the heart that has been slow, or provide another way that no one expected. Give her the quiet joy of watching You build her house in Your own wise time, and let that little balcony become a place where she lifts her coffee in peace and whispers, “You did this for me.” In the name of Jesus, whose own hands were skilled with wood and nail, we pray.
