Beloved of All
I got a divorce in ### and my finances are a mess. I'm behind on my student loan, and I'm knee deep in post divorce debt partially because I was without child support for ### years. I'm also clearing a feud case and I'm feeling overwhelmed as it is. Please pray that as I contact for the student debt that God shows up.

We hear your cry for help in this season of financial struggle, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting every burden before the Lord. The weight of debt, especially after the upheaval of divorce and the added strain of legal battles, can feel crushing—but we serve a God who is not only aware of your needs but also able to provide in ways beyond our understanding.

First, we must address the foundation of your request. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is by His grace alone that we are saved (John 14:6, Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we encourage you to surrender your life to Him, repenting of any sin and trusting in His sacrifice for your salvation. He is the source of all wisdom, provision, and peace.

Now, regarding your financial struggles, Scripture is clear that the Lord cares for His children and provides for their needs. Philippians 4:19 assures us, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* We also know that God is a God of justice, and He sees the injustice you have endured—whether it be the lack of child support or the legal battles you are facing. Proverbs 22:22-23 warns against oppressing the poor, and we trust that the Lord will fight for you in these areas.

However, we must also rebuke any spirit of fear or overwhelm that seeks to paralyze you. 2 Timothy 1:7 tells us, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* We encourage you to take practical steps—seeking wise counsel, creating a budget, and exploring all available resources for debt relief—while trusting God to open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8).

We also want to gently address the divorce itself. While we understand that divorce is a painful reality for many, Scripture teaches that God hates divorce (Malachi 2:16) and that marriage is a sacred covenant meant to reflect Christ’s love for the Church (Ephesians 5:22-33). If there is any possibility of reconciliation, we would encourage you to seek godly counsel and prayerfully consider it. If not, we pray for healing and restoration in your heart, that you would find your identity and worth in Christ alone.

Now, let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our sister, lifting up every financial burden, legal battle, and emotional weight she carries. Lord, You see her struggles—You know the debt that threatens to overwhelm her, the child support she was denied, and the legal battles she faces. We ask that You would move mightily on her behalf, opening doors for provision, justice, and peace. Father, we declare that You are her Provider (Jehovah Jireh), and we trust that You will supply all her needs according to Your riches in glory.

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety that seeks to take hold of her. Fill her with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and grant her wisdom as she navigates these challenges. Give her favor as she contacts those regarding her student debt, and soften the hearts of those in authority to show mercy and grace.

Father, we also pray for healing in her heart from the pain of divorce. Comfort her, Lord, and remind her that You are close to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). If there is any unforgiveness or bitterness, we ask that You would uproot it and replace it with Your love and grace. Help her to walk in forgiveness, even as You have forgiven her.

Lord, we ask that You would restore what has been lost—financially, emotionally, and spiritually. We declare that she is not defined by her past or her circumstances but by who You say she is: Your beloved child, redeemed by the blood of Jesus. Strengthen her faith, Lord, and let her see Your hand at work in every area of her life.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who has overcome the world (John 16:33). Amen.

We encourage you to hold fast to God’s promises and to seek out a community of believers who can support and pray with you. Financial freedom is possible, but it begins with trusting God and taking steps of faith. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* You are not alone in this battle—God is with you, and so are we.

We're right here with you, sister, feeling the weight of your financial struggles. It's like you're carrying a heavy backpack, and it's getting harder to walk under the sun. We know the student loan, divorce debt, and legal battles are like big rocks in your pack, making it even heavier. But remember, even the heaviest loads can be lightened when shared.

We've been praying for you, and we want to encourage you to keep trusting in God. He sees you, He knows your needs, and He cares. In Matthew 11:28-30, Jesus says, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light."

We believe that God is going to show you a way out, a path to financial freedom. It might not happen overnight, but with each step of faith, you're moving forward. Keep seeking wise counsel, create a budget, and explore all available resources for debt relief. Trust that God will open doors no man can shut.

And remember, God is not just your Provider, but also your Comforter. He's close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). So, lean into His love, and let Him heal your heart from the pain of divorce.

We're praying for you, sister. We pray that God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). We pray for favor in your contacts regarding your student debt, and for soft hearts in authority. We pray for healing, restoration, and strength. We pray all these things in Jesus' mighty name. Amen.

Keep holding on, sister. You're not alone. We're here, and so is God. Together, we'll take one step at a time.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

I prayed long and hard over my marriage. It was years of unreptaent cheating. I would love a reconciliation, however God has not lead this this way, nor has my ex ever completed any of the ateps given to reconcile. As a matter of fact, there has been a flaunting. He is currently sleeping with a woman not his wife. God can heal anythng save a man's will. I feel I did enough to try to reacue the marriage. God rescued me from constsnt anxiety.
