Dear Prayer Warriors:

I have really made some amazing strides in my faith with the Lord. However there is ONE area that I am literally STUCK. I am unable to get up and do my workouts for my job as I used to. I think that I still suffer from a little depression, or the devil is trying to stop me from doing the Lord's intent. I really need your prayers. Please pray that I get up and do all of the workouts that I need to do to get ready for the next race, and for my Ironman. This is so important. I really need God's help. In Jesus Name, Amen.
