Dear Pastor ###,

I have a ### year old granddaughter who is diagnosed with adha bipolar and she is just full of rage. I've raised her since she has been 2 days old and things are really getting bad with her. She has been on every kind of medicine there is for her age and they all make her worse. Please please pray for her. I'm at my wits end and don't know what else to do, so instead of making this my first resort to turn to the Lord God, forgive me, it was my last even though I pray for her always it just doesn't seem to help, so I'm turning to you. I watch you on TV when I can and I really like your sermons and believe what you are saying and sometimes I think you're talking about my life. Please pastor, her name is ### ###, please pray for her. God's hands I know would do wonders with her. Thank you.

There is a book I have read that applies to every human being. It is about the importance of taking in enough water everyday. Water deficiency is the main cause of much discomfort, damage to the body in so many of us. It will exacerbate the ###'s symptoms as well as symptoms of every other malady. I know we have all been told to drink enough water but if you read the evidence for promoting this habit, you would just drink and offer more automatically. I hope this helps you.
