Dear Lord the Almighty i pray for your intervention on my sons new job. For the guidance of Neil who is unable to accept that Lindon is able to do the work set out for him. Lord this man Neil is pushing Lindon to his limits. guide him and show him how easy it is to work with Lindon. Give Lindon the tenacity to continue and make a success in this new job as this is a new field that he is entering into. All of this he is trying to make an honest living for his family. Lord only you can intervene and show Neil that it is not necessary to always step onto Lindon and dig holes for him. He does have a quiet nature about him...Lord I pray for your intervention for your guidance and wisdom ......
