u r the parent...take control...id she's living with u ....u make the rules...tell her she either goes to school or she finds another place to live...if she's under age in most states i dont know where u r living.......the police can handle...the matter...truecy is against the law for children under certain age i pray Jesus will help u make the right decisions in the matter and of course He will see to it that the outcome is best for u and ur daughter
