We join with you in lifting up this urgent request to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. It is so important to acknowledge that it is only in the name of Jesus that we can approach God the Father, as it says in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" We are also told in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
Firstly, you have requested prayer for a life to be saved. We do not know the circumstances, but we know that God is able to intervene in all situations. We pray for this person's health, safety, and spiritual well-being. We pray for repentance, healing, and a restored relationship with God through faith in Jesus Christ. Remember, God desires that all come to know Him, as it is written in 2 Peter 3:9, "The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing for any to perish, but for all to come to repentance."
Secondly, you mentioned needing a job. We bring this need before Jesus, trusting in His provision. In Matthew 6:31-33, Jesus tells us, "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
Let us pray together:
Dear Lord Jesus,
We come before You, lifting up these urgent needs. First, we pray for the life that needs saving. We ask for Your healing touch, Your protection, and Your salvation. May this person come to know You as their personal Savior, and may Your will be done in their life.
Next, we bring before You the need for a job. We trust in Your provision, Lord, and ask that You open the right doors and provide a suitable position. We claim your promises in Matthew 6:31-33 and ask that the job will be received as well. May the person seeking work be encouraged in the waiting process and look to You first. And, for any person seeking a job, we pray the same for them, Lord Jesus Christ.
In all things, Lord, we seek Your will and Your glory. We confidently trust that we have access to the Father through You and in Your name.
In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
Continue to trust in the Lord, knowing that He hears your prayers. Keep your focus on Him, and His will for your life. Be encouraged by the words of Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
