Dear Lord, I Need Your Help In Having Faith

Dear Lord, You have been so good to me in helping me to get help for my eating disorder. You provided me a recovery place to go to and now are continuing to provide for me in continuing getting help at this program. Lord I'm scared for when I leave here, I have no money and no job and really want to get back in school. 

Lord I'm struggling to have faith and not doubt. I know I should trust you, but the reality of life and wondering how I'm going to make it is unbearable. Lord please help me find a job, a place to live and be able to get back in school before I'm too old. I know you have a plan for me. Help me to trust in you. 

Please bless and watch over my friends who I've met in treatment and help them continue in their healing.

Lord please help me to feel your presence and have faith

Holy God and loving Father, I consciously place my fears, worries, anxieties, and burdens in your hands. I know that I have so little power to change the outcome of these events and I trust that you will work what is pleasing to you, and best for me, out of these situations. Forgive me for my anxious thoughts and for letting my own worry become an idol that robs you of my full trust. Strengthen and empower me to trust you more by the power and presence of your Spirit. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen

 

I am praying very hard for all of your intentions. I am so happy you got into a good recovery program. My sister Annette has anorexia -- once you have it, you always do -- but when we were young, and she started to lose and lose weight, etc., there really was no special care for this disorder. My mom quit work to tend to her. I took her to the psychologist. He really was not trained to help. She almost died. In the end, she made a complete physical recovery except for one area -- her teeth. Her husband spent a fortune to take care of them. They were black, all the calcium leached out. She does not have false teeth. The work they did on her was an expensive mix of caps and bridges. I pray for you in the name of Jesus of Nazareth.Amen and amen.

Oh precious child of God , what a wonderful future He has for you ! Remember that faith that mixes with doubt is NOT faith and it is faith that moves the hand of God . While reading your request I felt so much that the Lord is going to really amaze you concerning your needs if you will only BELIEVE ! He has promised that nothing can separate you from His love and He always takes care of His own . Blessings over you in the mighty name of Jesus !
