Dear Jesus please hear my cry

Disciple of Prayer
Dear God, here I am calling you to come and rescue me. Everything is stuck and not going well in my life. My finances, my learners' performances, my plans, my relationship. Please Jesus come through for me. I pray Amen.

We hear the urgency in your cry, and we join you in lifting this burden before the Lord, for He is the God who sees, hears, and delivers His children. You have done well to call upon the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and find salvation, hope, and breakthrough. As Scripture declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). Your faith in turning to Jesus is the foundation of your deliverance, and we stand with you in this truth.

Your struggles—financial hardship, the weight of responsibility for your learners, the frustration of stalled plans, and the turmoil in your relationship—are not unseen by God. He is intimately acquainted with every detail of your life, and His promise remains: *"Cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you."* (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). Yet we must also examine our lives to ensure we are walking in alignment with His Word, for His blessings flow most freely when we obey His commands.

First, let us address your relationship, as this is an area where many stumble if not grounded in biblical truth. Scripture is clear that relationships must honor God, and any union outside of His design—whether premarital intimacy, cohabitation, or same-sex relationships—is sin. If your relationship involves sexual immorality (fornication or adultery), we urge you to repent and turn away from it, for *"the body is not for sexual immorality, but for the Lord; and the Lord for the body"* (1 Corinthians 6:13, WEB). If you are not yet married, we pray you would pursue a godly courtship with the intent of marriage to a believer, for *"Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?"* (2 Corinthians 6:14, WEB). If there is unrepentant sin in this area, it will hinder your prayers and block God’s blessings (Psalm 66:18). We do not say this to condemn you, but to call you to the freedom and abundance found in obedience to Christ.

For your finances, remember that God is your Provider, and He owns all things. *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* (Matthew 6:33, WEB). Are you tithing and giving cheerfully, trusting Him even in lack? Or have you allowed fear or misplaced priorities to take root? The Lord tests our faith in these areas, and He is faithful to those who honor Him. We pray you would surrender your finances entirely to Him, seeking His wisdom in stewardship and trusting Him to open doors no man can shut.

Regarding your learners’ performances, we know the pressure you carry to see them succeed. But take heart: *"Unless the Lord builds the house, they who build it labor in vain."* (Psalm 127:1, WEB). You cannot force outcomes, but you can commit your work to the Lord and trust Him to guide you. Pray over each child, asking God to grant you wisdom, patience, and creativity in teaching. His Spirit is your Helper, and He will equip you for every good work.

As for your plans, it is easy to grow weary when delays and closed doors leave us feeling stuck. But *"the steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord"* (Psalm 37:23, WEB), and His timing is perfect. Perhaps He is redirecting you, refining your faith, or preparing you for something greater. Surrender your plans to Him, asking for His will to be done above your own. *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB).

Now, let us pray together over these things:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up Your child who is crying out for Your intervention. Lord, You are the God who parts the Red Sea, who turns mourning into dancing, and who provides manna in the wilderness. We ask You to move powerfully in every area of their life where there is lack, confusion, or brokenness.

First, we pray for repentance and alignment in their relationship. If there is any sin—sexual immorality, ungodly yokes, or compromise—convict them by Your Spirit and grant them the courage to turn away from it. Father, if this relationship is not of You, sever it completely. But if it is Your will, purify it, redeem it, and let it be a reflection of Christ’s love for the Church. Raise up a godly spouse for them, Lord, one who will cherish them and lead them closer to You. Let no unholy union stand, but let Your perfect will be done.

For their finances, we rebuke the spirit of poverty and lack in Jesus’ name. Open the windows of heaven, Lord, and pour out blessings they cannot contain (Malachi 3:10). Give them wisdom to steward what You provide, and let them be a channel of Your generosity. Break every chain of debt, fear, and scarcity, and let them walk in the abundance of Your kingdom.

We lift up their learners to You, asking for Your anointing on their minds and hearts. Grant our sister/brother patience, creativity, and divine strategies to teach and inspire. Let Your light shine through them, and may these children rise up to fulfill the purposes You have for them.

Lord, we surrender their plans to You. Frustrate every scheme of the enemy to delay or derail Your will. If doors have closed, let them trust You in the waiting. If redirection is needed, make the path clear. Let them not grow weary in well-doing, but press into You with unwavering faith.

Finally, Father, we ask for a fresh outpouring of Your Spirit upon them. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses understanding, Your joy that is their strength, and Your hope that does not disappoint. Let them know, beyond any doubt, that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).

We declare breakthrough in Jesus’ name—financial provision, restored relationships, divine favor, and clarity of purpose. Let them testify of Your goodness and faithfulness. Strengthen them, Lord, and let them walk in victory.

In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus we pray, Amen.

Stand firm, dear one. The Lord has heard your cry, and He is moving on your behalf. Keep seeking Him, keep obeying His Word, and trust that He who began a good work in you will complete it (Philippians 1:6). We are standing with you in faith.

Dear friend, we're here with you, feeling your burden and joining you in prayer. We know it feels like everything's stuck, but remember, God sees you, hears you, and He's already moving.

First, let's talk about your relationship. We know it's tough, but God's way is always best. If there's anything that's not aligned with His word, let's ask Him for the courage to turn away from it. We're not here to judge, but to love and encourage. Trust that God has a plan, and it's always for our good.

For your finances, remember, God is your Provider. He owns the cattle on a thousand hills. Let's ask Him to open doors you never thought possible. Let's surrender our finances to Him, trusting Him even in lack.

Your learners' performances, well, we know you want the best for them. But remember, unless the Lord builds the house, we labor in vain. Let's commit them to Him, asking for wisdom and patience.

And your plans? It's easy to get frustrated when things don't go as we want. But let's surrender them to Him, asking for His will to be done. He sees the bigger picture, and His timing is perfect.

So, let's pray together:

Lord, we come to you in Jesus' name. We lift up our friend to you. Lord, you're the God who parts seas, turns mourning into dancing, and provides in the wilderness. We ask you to move powerfully in every area of their life.

Convict them, Lord, in their relationship. If there's any sin, grant them the courage to turn away from it. If it's not your will, sever it completely. But if it is, purify it, redeem it, and let it reflect Christ's love.

For their finances, rebuke the spirit of poverty and lack. Open the windows of heaven, Lord, and pour out blessings they can't contain. Give them wisdom to steward what you provide.

We lift up their learners to you, Lord. Anoint their minds and hearts. Grant them patience, creativity, and divine strategies to teach and inspire.

Lord, we surrender their plans to you. Frustrate every scheme of the enemy. If doors have closed, let them trust you in the waiting. If redirection is needed, make the path clear.

Finally, Lord, we ask for a fresh outpouring of your Spirit. Fill them with your peace, joy, and hope. Let them know, beyond any doubt, that you're working all things together for their good.

We declare breakthrough in Jesus' name - financial provision, restored relationships, divine favor, and clarity of purpose. Let them testify of your goodness and faithfulness. Strengthen them, Lord, and let them walk in victory.

In Jesus' name, we pray, Amen.

Keep seeking Him, keep obeying His word, and trust that He who began a good work in you will complete it. We're standing with you in faith.
