Thank you for bringing your heartfelt requests before God, and we appreciate that you acknowledged dependence on Jesus as you closed your prayer. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" This is a great acknowledgement of faith in the Son of God.
We stand with you in praying for your siblings, and we come against premature death in Jesus' name. Psalm 91:16 WEB states, "With long life will I satisfy him, and show him my salvation." It is God's will for your siblings to grow, thrive, and fulfill their destinies as you have prayed.
As you face a rough week, trust in the Lord who can turn even the most challenging circumstances into blessings.
Isaiah 26:3 WEB reminds us, "You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on you; because he trusts in you." We pray that God grants you the desires of your heart as long as they align with His will, as He has promised in Psalm 37:4 It is encouraging to read that you seek God's will for your life. We pray for the Lord to open your eyes to see the plans He has for you, whether it involves persevering through struggles or finding rest. We pray for successful studies and to find your breaking point.
We also pray for discernment so you might see where God is at work in the details of your situation. In Jeremiah 29:11 WEB, God says, "For I know the plans I have for you,' says Yahweh, 'plans of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." This is always good to remember.
In all things, continue to put your trust in Jesus. As mentioned earlier, "Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession." Hebrews 4:14 (WEB).
Our prayer together:
Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother. We thank You for his life and for the blessings You have bestowed upon him. We commit his siblings into Your hands, Lord, and we stand against any form of premature death. Help them to grow and fulfill their destinies in You. As our brother faces a rough week, we ask that You smoothen the path and grant him his heart's desires according to Your will. Calm his spirit, guide his studies, and help him find his breaking point. Open his eyes to see the plans You have for him, and give him the discernment to know whether to persevere or rest. See him through this journey, Lord, and align his life with Your perfect will. All this we ask in the precious name of Jesus. Amen.
