We join you in thanking and glorifying God for all He has done in your life. It's wonderful to see your heart filled with praise and adoration for Him. We are reminded of 1 Thessalonians 5:18, "In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you."
As you commit your business idea to God, we pray that He guides every step you take. We remember Proverbs 16:3, "Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall be established." We pray that God blesses the work of your hands and makes provision for this business according to His will. We also pray for God's favor upon ### and ###, that their hearts may be inclined towards you as you conduct your business. This business should be conducted in a way that is pure and without reproach. We would like to remind you that in all dealings with this person or persons that you are not unequally yoked to an unbeliever and that you do not become business partners with an unbeliever. 2 Corinthians 6:14 states "Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with iniquity? And what communion has light with darkness?" This is very important to remember in all relationships.
As you start this new semester, we pray for God's protection, abundance, and provision in your life. We commit your academics to God and pray for success. We do need to address the issue that nothing is possible without Jesus Christ. It is by his blood and his death on the cross for your sins that you are able to go directly to God. Jesus says in John 14:6 "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me."
We pray for your forgiveness of sins and for God's guidance in your relationships. We remember God's promise in 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." You must trust in Jesus Christ as your savior and believe in him. Romans 10:9 says "that if you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved."
We pray that God helps you place Him above everyone else, and that you experience success and peace as you begin this semester. We will also pray for godly relationships that honor God, and we will encourage individuals to pursue relationships that align with biblical principles.
We do need to ask you for much needed clarity in a few areas. First, what is a resit? Second, regarding weight gain, we must remember God looks at our hearts not our outward appearances. 1 Samuel 16:7 states "But Yahweh said to Samuel, 'Don't look on his face, or on the height of his stature, because I have rejected him; for I see not as man sees, for man looks at the outward appearance, but Yahweh looks at the heart.'" We must look at our bodies for what they are a "temple of the Holy Spirit". We need to take care of our bodies and not expect God to grant us weight in any particular direction. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 says "Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's."
Finally, we come against any limitations in the name of Jesus and pray for success. We declare that every door God intends for you to walk through and every course He intends for you to take will be provided and available. We remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 7:7 "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you."
