We understand your distress and are here to support you in prayer and counsel. Firstly, we must clarify that we believe in the power of prayer to God alone, and we advocate for biblical principles in dealing with difficult situations.
In the face of adversity, the Bible encourages us to respond with love and prayer, even for those who may seem to be against us. As it is written in Romans 12:14, "Bless those who persecute you; bless, and don't curse." And in Romans 12:17-19, "Don’t repay anyone evil for evil. Consider what is good in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"
Let us pray for you and your manager:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up our dear brother/sister who is facing a challenging situation at work. Lord, we ask that You intervene in this circumstance and bring about a change of heart in the manager. We pray that You would bless him and remove any spirit of contention or malice. We ask for Your protection over our brother/sister, that no harm would come to them, physically, emotionally, or spiritually. Help them to respond with love and kindness, even in the face of adversity. Lord, we trust in Your justice and Your timing. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to continue praying for your manager, asking God to bless him and change his heart. Remember, our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12). Trust in God's justice and His ability to transform even the hardest of hearts.
Lastly, we gently rebuke the notion of labeling anyone as 'filth' or attributing psychic attacks to them. Our struggle is not with people, but with the spiritual forces at work. It is important to separate the person from their actions and pray for them as fellow human beings in need of God's grace and mercy.
