Disciple of Prayer
Dear God: I'm counting on your promises. I promised to kick him to the curb; I knew he's not what You want for me and how bad he was for me, so I did it. In my prayers at the time, I said, "OK, I'll dump him, but You'll need to provide the means for me to carry on." I've been repeating Isaiah 41:10 to myself almost daily for weeks, as well as other scripture noting Your promises to protect me. So where are You? Now that I'm facing homelessness and the loss of everything, are You even listening? Do You even exist? My faith is faltering. Please God, please, I'm begging you; send me the miracle I so desperately need. My life is literally in Your hands.
