Dear Friends:

Please pray for my unrelenting depression that is driving me to consider suicide. This would be devastating to a lot of people. Pray that God would give me a sense of sins forgiven - sins that I committed in the past and sought to repent but keep on haunting me. Also, pray that I may help care for my mother who suffered a stroke.

Suicide is a sin , your life was bought with a price , and that was the sacrifice of Jesus dying on the cross for you . Depression is a horrible thing , but there is help , the Lord uses doctors and medicine to help . As far as your past sins tormenting you , well that is from the enemy and you do NOT have to listen to him , he is a liar and the scriptures tell us the he comes to kill , steal , and destroy . Get into the word of God , praise Him for the things that He has done for you , focus on that . When we begin to worship the Lord , His presence fills the atmosphere and in His presence is EVERYTHING that we need , do this even if you do not feel like it , that is why it is called a sacrifice of praise .
