Dear Friends:

I have battled with an online addiction to pornography. I have kept myself from viewing online pornography for almost one year, except for a couple of days in August. I was watching regular cable last night and should have turned the channel. It was on a regular station but was about people acquiring injuries when engaging in sexual activity. It caused me to become sexually aroused. I slipped up and masturbated last night and allowed an earlier immoral sexual relationship that I had almost twenty years ago enter my mind in fantasy. Please pray for forgiveness and power not to return to such behavior.
