Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ. Please pray for me. I've made a difficult decision, and I believe it is the best course of action. I'm quitting my job in order to help take care of my mom's property. It is in terrible disrepair, including outbuildings that need to be torn down, fencing that needs to be repaired or replaced, plumbing and electrical issues in her house, flooring and carpeting, painting, replacing the gravel on the driveway, removing unsafe decking, and landscaping; plus there is junk piled up everywhere, including abandoned vehicles, hot tubs hidden in the bushes, thousands of pounds of leaking canned goods that are all at least 15 years out of date, boxes and boxes of papers (not of a legal nature) where she made copies at the library of stories in newspapers and magazines, etc. The first dumpster will be arriving in a few days. Please ask God to touch the hearts of my employer, supervisors, and co-workers and help them understand this is the only option that seemed right to take. Mom's almost 82, and not to be mean, is frail elderly and a hoarder. The hoarding has been going on far too long. Please ask God to help me with this project. I ask this in Jesus Name. Amen.
