Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ. Please pray for me. I’m not taking very good care of myself, I don’t sleep well, I’m overweight, I don’t get enough exercise, and I’m feeling like I’m on the borderline of being depressed. Please ask God to help me to get my act together. I ask this in Jesus Name. Amen.
