Dear All. For 2 years I've been having such a hard time with my neighbors next door to the point I cant let my 3 y/o daughter go outside. I know they have 4 children but the noise is too much. Bouncing balls of the wall, playing load music to 4am, yelling and cursing at the kids/each other & selling drugs out of there home, random people coming to their house... And no one works. I just want peace at my NEW home and not get the feeling of being unhappy walking into my home or the feeling of something might happen due to drugs being sold out of their house. Please pray for me please please
