Day Prayers for Divine Breakthrough

Heavenly Father, my Abba, my Refuge and my Strength, I come before You with confidence, not because of my own ability, but because You are my Father. You know every burden I carry, every prayer I have whispered, every battle I have fought, every tear I have cried and every dream You have placed in my heart. Today I surrender everything to You. Let Your perfect will be done in my life, my work and my department. Divine Breakthrough & Establishment Father, place upon me a mighty mantle of breakthrough that cannot be stopped by man. Let every mountain, barrier, delay and stronghold standing in the way of my destiny, my work and my department be uprooted by Your mighty hand. Let every obstacle to favour, provision, recognition, approval and fulfilment of Your purpose be removed, in Jesus' name. (Inspired by Job 28:9). Lord, establish the work of my hands. Let everything You have ordained concerning my life and my department stand firm. May nothing You have planted be uprooted by man. My Department Father, let my department no longer be overlooked. Cause leaders to recognise its importance, value and impact. Let it receive the honour, recognition, authority and support necessary to fulfil its mandate with excellence. Lord, I commit every budget decision into Your hands. May the budget for my department not be reduced as before. Instead, let it be strengthened and increased. Move the hearts of decision-makers to see it as an area worthy of investment because of the lives it transforms and the value it brings to the institution. Father, let the challenges and needs of my department become visible to those who can make a difference. Raise resources where there has been lack and open doors where there have been delays. Leaders & Decision-Makers Lord, raise up people of integrity, wisdom and influence to speak for my department. Let influential leaders become advocates for its work. Move the hearts of those entrusted with leadership to make righteous decisions that advance Your purposes. Father, let the hearts of leaders be turned according to Your will. Bring agreement, unity and wisdom in every meeting and every decision concerning my department. Let favour speak louder than opposition. Strengthen governance, compliance and quality assurance within our institutions. Let righteousness, accountability and integrity prevail. May every recommendation that promotes excellence be respected and implemented. Supernatural Connections Father, I confess that I cannot do this alone. I am new in many areas and I lack the connections that others already have. Be my Connector. Bring the right people into my life at the right time. Open doors for meaningful relationships with international organisations, development partners, professional bodies, foundations and strategic stakeholders. Let opportunities come to me, and give me wisdom to steward every relationship well. Lord, where people withhold information or opportunities, You are not limited. Make a way where there seems to be no way. Let the right contacts find me. Bring divine introductions, unexpected recommendations and appointments that only You could arrange. Grant me wisdom in how to communicate, how to build trust, how to maintain professional relationships and how to develop lasting partnerships that will bless my department and the institution. Father, let there be an earth-shaking breakthrough in networking, partnerships and strategic collaborations. Do exceedingly, abundantly above all I can ask or imagine. Planning & Vision Lord, go before every plan for the third quarter, the fourth quarter and the coming year. Give me wisdom, creativity, discernment and capable helpers. Let planning not become a burden but a testimony of Your guidance. Committees & Associations Father, as committees and professional associations are formed, send willing, committed and capable people. Remove every barrier caused by age, gender, perception or misunderstanding. Let people see Your calling rather than human limitations. Bring people who will serve with humility, unity and excellence. Remove division, pride and prejudice. Let every team You build be effective and fruitful. Personal Provision Jehovah Jireh, You are my Provider. Make a way for me to pay for my PMP course without struggle. Provide everything I need for my rent. Open the door for me to move into the right home at the right time according to Your perfect will. Let there be no lack in any area of my life. Protection & Victory Father, protect me from every arrow seen and unseen, every hidden agenda, every accusation, misunderstanding and scheme that I do not know or understand. Let no weapon formed against me prosper, and frustrate every plan designed to hinder the work You have entrusted to me. Jehovah Sabaoth, fight battles I cannot see. Some trust in horses and some in chariots, but I will trust in the Name of the Lord my God. Go before me, stand behind me and surround me with Your angels. Fight for me where I cannot fight for myself. Peace & Strength Lord, fill me with Your perfect peace, joy and confidence. Remove every spirit of fear, anxiety, intimidation, discouragement and weariness. Let Your joy be my strength and Your peace guard my heart and mind. Daddy, help me. I have no one greater than You to turn to. Where I lack wisdom, teach me. Where I lack strength, strengthen me. Where I lack provision, provide. Where I lack favour, go before me. Where I lack connections, become my Connection. Where I cannot speak, speak for me. Where I cannot fight, fight for me. Deliver, supply, heal, restore, build, establish and do that which only You can do. Let this Prayer Week mark the beginning of a new season of undeniable breakthrough, favour, provision, influence and fruitfulness in my life, my work and my department. We come before the throne of grace with you, lifting up your heartfelt cries to our Heavenly Father. Your prayer is a powerful declaration of trust in God’s sovereignty, provision, and protection, and we stand with you in agreement, believing that He hears and will answer according to His perfect will.

First, we rejoice in your acknowledgment of God as your Abba, Refuge, and Strength. This intimate relationship with the Father is a gift only possible through Jesus Christ, who tore the veil so we could approach God with boldness (Hebrews 4:16). It is only in His name that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him (John 14:6). We pray that your faith in Christ remains steadfast, for it is the foundation of all your petitions.

Father, we lift up the burdens of this dear one’s work and department. We declare that every mountain, barrier, and delay standing in the way of God’s purpose for their life and ministry be uprooted by Your mighty hand. As it is written, "For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds" (2 Corinthians 10:4). We rebuke every spirit of stagnation, neglect, or opposition that seeks to hinder the work You have ordained. Lord, let Your favor rest upon their department, and may leaders recognize its value and impact. Turn the hearts of decision-makers to allocate resources, support, and honor to this work, for You are the One who "gives favor and honor; no good thing does He withhold from those whose walk is blameless" (Psalm 84:11).

We also pray for supernatural connections and divine appointments. Father, You are the ultimate Connector, and we ask that You bring the right people into their life at the right time. Open doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8) and grant wisdom to steward every relationship for Your glory. Where human limitations exist, let Your power be made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). We declare that every hidden agenda, scheme, or weapon formed against them will not prosper, for "no weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment" (Isaiah 54:17).

For personal provision, we stand on Your promise, Jehovah Jireh: "And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:19). We pray for the resources needed for the PMP course, for rent, and for the right home at the right time. Let there be no lack, for You are a God who delights in providing for Your children. We also ask for Your protection over their life and work. Surround them with Your angels, Lord, and fight the battles they cannot see. "The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still" (Exodus 14:14).

Finally, we pray for peace, strength, and joy to fill their heart. May the joy of the Lord be their strength (Nehemiah 8:10), and may Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We declare that this season will be marked by undeniable breakthrough, favor, and fruitfulness, for You who began a good work in them will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:6).

We hear the weight of all you’re carrying, the longing for your department to be seen, the need for provision, and the courage to step into new territory without the connections others seem to have. It’s a lot to hold, and we’re with you in lifting it to God.

It’s clear you’re trusting Him for breakthrough, and that’s a posture He honors. In the middle of so many needs, sometimes the most grounding thing we can do is take one small, concrete step that opens a door for His provision. Maybe this week you could research a specific grant or payment plan for your PMP course, or schedule a brief, informal conversation with a leader to share your department’s vision and what it would take to flourish. God often uses these simple acts of faithfulness to begin shifting what we can’t yet see.

We’re also praying with you now:

Father, thank You that You see every hidden hope and need. We ask You to open doors no one can shut, for this department to receive the recognition and resources it requires, for the right connections to come at the right time, and for provision for the course, rent, and the right home. Protect from discouragement and unseen obstacles, and fill with Your supernatural peace. Be the wisdom, the strength, and the steady guide. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

There is no attribute of God more comforting to his children than the doctrine of Divine Sovereignty. You have come, not because of your own ability, but because He is your Father, and in this you trace Divine Sovereignty, and you must learn to recognize and admire it. The Lord reigns, and this fact alone is the one hope of the people of God. When you ask for a mighty mantle of breakthrough that cannot be stopped by man, you are pleading that the Divine Presence would dissolve difficulties. The Church only needs the Divine Presence in the midst of her and all the systems of error will flow down at His feet like glaciers which dissolve in the summer’s sun. The mountains and barriers you name, they are not for you to uproot by human strength. It is the Lord alone who must lead.

Divine interpositions come in the way of deliverance from floods of trouble. How strikingly has God delivered some of us! You speak of lacking connections, of being new in many areas. This is where the Divine Instructor takes you up. As an eagle trains its young for flight, so the Lord alone will be your Connector. You confess you cannot do this alone; that is the very place where Divine gentleness makes you great. David would never have been so great if Divine gentleness had not restrained the blow. If you could read the whole of your current lack in the light of eternity, you would bless the hand which tears away your comforts, seeing Divine Wisdom and Infinite Affection in it all. He is teaching you to trust, not in horses or chariots, but in the Name of the Lord your God.

You cry out for your department to be established and for the hearts of leaders to be turned. Conscious of Divine authority, we look sin and error in the face and say, “Thus says the Lord.” But remember, the dry tree by divine grace shall flourish; the green tree, deserted by the dew of heaven, shall dry up. The low tree, fostered by the husbandman, shall mount even to the stars; the high tree, cut down by the axe of judgment, shall lay outstretched along the plains of ruin for ever. Plead with Him to display His power over the most unlikely persons to the glory of His Grace. He can save the most obstinate and bring opposers to the feet of Jesus. He can raise resources where there has been lack.

Regarding your personal provision and the arrows you fear, some trust in horses and some in chariots, but we will trust in the Name of the Lord our God. The Divine Presence is your shield. When David scrabbled on the wall and played the madman, looking like a fool, a blessed interposition of Divine Grace was already on its way. The Lord fights battles you cannot see. Render calamity impossible and what mark would there be of the divine displeasure? No, the very trials make the deliverance sweet.

And as for your own heart, crying out for help, saints, as they grow in Divine Grace, are made to feel more and more acutely the evil of their old nature. It is only in the eyes of Divine Grace that this humbling becomes the door of mercy. Divine Grace makes and invents a reason. You know if your child has offended you, you do not want to chastise him, and yet you feel he deserves it. How you do try, if you are a loving parent, to find some reason why you may let him go. That is your Father’s heart toward you in Christ.

Come back to where we started. We may expect the same results from the Divine Presence if we are privileged to enjoy it. Let this season mark the beginning because the Lord reigns. Ask the King to give you Divine Grace to recognize His right to give or to withhold the blessing, and then plead with Him, for Jesus’ sake, to remember you for good. He will do exceedingly, abundantly above all you can ask or imagine, and all the glory will belong to Him alone.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, so that I can trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. You pour out many words, asking for earthly abundance, recognition, and the bending of other men’s wills to your plans. But consider: the present life is a sleep, and the things in it are no different from dreams. As they that are asleep often see wealth and honor, and then wake to find themselves empty, so it is with those who toil for these passing things. Why do you set your heart so much on a budget increase, on the notice of leaders, on strategic connections? If the Lord granted you all this and it cost you your soul, what would you gain?

Not that provision itself is evil. The Apostle bids us make provision for the flesh, but not to fulfill its lusts. Timothy was told to use a little wine for his infirmities. So to seek what is needful for health and daily bread is not forbidden. But examine your heart: do you ask for a PMP course and a home merely out of necessity, or have you kindled desire for comfort and distinction? When you plead for your department to be no longer overlooked, remember how the blessed John the Baptist said, “I knew Him not,” wanting no human credit. And Peter’s confession was not from flesh and blood, but from the Father. So true recognition comes not by courting men, but by divine revelation. If you are overlooked, it may be Christ’s kindness, training you in humility.

You say you lack connections. Then let your companions be the poor and the free from guile. Learn to love them, and they will be to you a spiritual traffic far greater than any partnerships with international bodies. By these track out strangers, clothe the naked, send to the prison. Entrust your needs to God, and He will send the right people without your scheming. Why do you fear obstruction from age or gender? Man’s judgment is a dream; only the Lord opens and no one shuts.

I do not say you should not pray. But let your first prayer be for a clean heart, for deliverance from vainglory and anxiety. Seek first the kingdom of God, and these other things will be added as He sees best. If your department is small and your way hidden, rejoice. Those who trust in chariots and horses have their reward in dreams. But you, trust in the Name of the Lord; He fights battles you cannot see, often by allowing what you dread to strip away pride.

Lay all this before the Father, yes, but then be still. Ask with submission: “Let Your perfect will be done,” not as a phrase that leaves your lips while your heart clings fiercely to its own vision. His will may include delay, obscurity, and the crushing of your plans so that a truer, divine work may be built in your soul. That is the breakthrough that endures when every earthly budget and committee is dust. Wake from the sleep, and spend your strength on the care of spiritual things. Then you will find that what you truly needed was never the approval of leaders, but the approving smile of Christ.
