Good evening all.
Hope u all had a beautiful day. How often do we sit back and relase the situation we are going through and just reflect on the growth we have made as individuals over the last year, month day etc.
How often do u lopok at every situation in your life as an opportunity? An opportunity to show God's love, to show God's mercy, to show God's forgiveness. How about as an opportunity to learn something new. To learn a verse that is appropriate for a specific situation. To learn to be a better steward of God's provision.
Some times when I am clear enough and stron enough I just reflect to God and sit with him and bounce ideas off of him. He shows me different things for me to learn or share. It is great. It gives me great purpose.
Remember that through everything we are going through, the good the bad and the horrible it for the Glory of God. Sometimes when I am reflecting with God we discuss how I handled something and he will bring something. To rememberance that we already discussed and will remindme of how we said to deal with it. And most of the time that wasn't what I ended up doing.
We discuss what to do next time something happens. And a lot of the time he reminds me of the condition of my heart when I did something. Even if I can convince the world and justify my actions. God will remind me what was really in my heart at the time which is why it backfired on me. Every time. Lol.
It is nice these times I spend with God just relecting on the day or what ever is in my mind. Sometimes Satan trying to come and intrude on out special time. And he is clever I am sometimes tricked into listening. Then I just keep coing and questioning him. And he always fumbles. Lol.
These times are so special. A lot of the time it is not reading the word or devotions. It is just an end of day or beginning of day conversation just me and God. Enjoying each others company.
I recommend everyone just try it. You will learn that u get so much out of itt. We all say that we ask God this or that. But how many of us just sit quietly and wait for his answer. He will answer but we have to be open to the answer. God is sucha gentlenan. He will not inturrupt usor our thoughts. Sometime we just need to sit be quiet and listen. He has something special to tell each of us.
