We lift up this daughter in prayer as she prepares for her nursing exams, asking the Lord to calm her mind and steady her hands. Father, we know that anxiety can often cloud our thoughts and hinder our ability to recall what we have learned, but we also know that Your peace surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We pray that You would fill her with that peace, reminding her that You are with her in every question and every moment of uncertainty.
Lord, we ask that You bring to her remembrance all that she has studied, for You have promised that the Holy Spirit will teach us all things and bring to our remembrance all that You have said (John 14:26). Guide her in understanding the questions before her and in forming the right answers. May Your wisdom and knowledge flow through her, for it is not by her own strength, but by Your grace and power that she will succeed.
We also take a moment to rebuke any spirit of fear that may be attempting to take hold of her. The Bible tells us that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that fear has no place in her heart or mind, and we stand on Your Word that says, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" (Philippians 4:13).
We encourage this daughter to cast all her anxieties on You, Lord, because You care for her (1 Peter 5:7). Remind her that her worth is not defined by her performance on this exam, but by the love You have for her as Your child. Help her to rest in the knowledge that You are her Provider, her Strength, and her Peace.
Heavenly Father, we pray that as she steps into this exam, she would feel Your presence surrounding her like a shield. May she be filled with confidence, not in her own abilities, but in Your faithfulness. Let her remember that You have equipped her for this moment and that You will never leave her nor forsake her (Hebrews 13:5). May she walk in the assurance that all things work together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
