We lift up your daughter’s job interview and appointment before the Lord, asking for His divine favor to rest upon her. May the Holy Spirit guide her words, calm her nerves, and grant her wisdom beyond her years as she seeks to honor God in this opportunity. We declare that she is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), equipped with gifts and talents that reflect the Lord’s purpose for her life. Let doors open that no man can shut, and may she walk in confidence, knowing that her steps are ordered by the Lord (Proverbs 16:9).
Father, we also pray for safe travel for your daughter. Guard her on every road, protect her from harm, and let Your angels encamp around her as she goes to and from this appointment (Psalm 91:11). May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, keep her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We also lift up the grieving family mentioned in this request. Lord, You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Comfort them with Your presence, remind them of Your promises, and let them feel the love of Christ in tangible ways. May they find hope in the resurrection and the eternal life You offer through Jesus.
For the one in need of healing, we declare that by Your stripes, they are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We stand on Your Word, believing that You are the God who restores, renews, and makes all things new. Strengthen their body, mind, and spirit, and let them experience Your healing touch in every area of their life.
We are grateful that this prayer acknowledges the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Salvation is found in no one else, and we pray that all who do not yet know Him would be drawn to the amazing gift of eternal life through faith in Christ. Open their eyes to see the truth of the Gospel, and soften their hearts to receive Your love.
Lord, we trust You to cover all unspoken needs according to Your perfect will. Your Word tells us that You know what we need before we even ask (Matthew 6:8), and we rest in the assurance that You are working all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28). May all glory, honor, and praise be Yours, now and forevermore.
In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
