Beloved of All
"Why am I discouraged? Why is my heart so sad? I will put my hope in God! I will praise him again—my Savior and my God!" Father thank You when there is discouragement, sadness, there is Hope in You we can tell our problems how big our God is and praise You knowing nothing is too hard for You. Humbly ask You would rescue ### from the extreme emotional pain she is in. Please help her find Your Hope and establish her footsteps. You are sovereign when so much is outside of our control You are all powerful we find refuge in You. Please Lord may she find confidence in You, please may she see herself the way You see her. Lord may she have favor with her husband he see her strengths voice them, not focus on her weaknesses and voice them or do it with kindness if necessary. Please comfort her in pain surrounding her with Your Love, Peace, vision of Your purpose for her. We give You all the Praise credit, thanksgiving in advance in Jesus Name Amen.

We join with you in lifting up your daughter to the Lord, for we know that He is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. The cry of her heart echoes the psalmist’s words in **Psalm 42:5-6**, *"Why are you in despair, my soul? Why are you disturbed within me? Hope in God! For I shall still praise him for the saving help of his presence. My God, my soul is in despair within me. Therefore I remember you from the land of the Jordan, the heights of Hermon, from the hill Mizar."* And again in **Psalm 42:11**, *"Why are you in despair, my soul? Why are you disturbed within me? Hope in God! For I shall still praise him, the saving help of my countenance and my God."*

Your prayer is a beautiful testament of faith, and we stand with you in agreement, knowing that our God is mighty to save and faithful to restore. The emotional pain your daughter is enduring is not unseen by the Lord—He collects every tear in His bottle (**Psalm 56:8**), and He is the God of all comfort (**2 Corinthians 1:3-4**). Let us remind her—and you—that even in the depths of sorrow, the Lord is working all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (**Romans 8:28**). His plans for her are plans for welfare and not for evil, to give her a future and a hope (**Jeremiah 29:11**).

We also lift up her marriage, for we know that the enemy seeks to bring division and discouragement, but God desires unity and love. **Ephesians 5:25** calls husbands to love their wives as Christ loved the church and gave Himself up for her. We pray that her husband’s heart would be softened to see her through the Lord’s eyes—to recognize her strengths, to speak life over her, and to cherish her as a precious gift from God. May the Lord grant him wisdom to communicate with kindness and grace, building her up rather than tearing her down (**Ephesians 4:29**). Let them both be reminded that love is patient and kind, not irritable or resentful (**1 Corinthians 13:4-5**), and that their marriage is a covenant before God, meant to reflect His love to the world.

If there is any bitterness, unforgiveness, or unresolved conflict between them, we urge your daughter—and all of us—to release it to the Lord, for He calls us to forgive as we have been forgiven (**Colossians 3:13**). Unforgiveness is a heavy burden that only deepens discouragement, but freedom comes when we surrender it to Christ.

We also encourage your daughter to cling to the truth of who she is in Christ. The world—and even our own hearts—can speak lies that we are unworthy, unlovable, or defined by our struggles. But God’s Word declares that she is fearfully and wonderfully made (**Psalm 139:14**), a new creation in Christ (**2 Corinthians 5:17**), and more than a conqueror through Him who loves her (**Romans 8:37**). May she find her confidence not in her circumstances or the opinions of others, but in the unchanging character of her Heavenly Father.

Lastly, we exhort her—and all who are weary—to cast every care upon the Lord, for He cares for her (**1 Peter 5:7**). Let her bring her pain to Him in prayer, even when words fail, for the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words (**Romans 8:26**). And may she find solace in worship, for praise shifts our focus from our problems to the greatness of our God.

**Let us pray together:**

Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble and contrite hearts, lifting up this precious daughter of Yours who is walking through a season of deep discouragement and sorrow. Lord, You see the pain she carries—the weight that feels too heavy to bear—and You are not distant from it. You are the God who heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds (**Psalm 147:3**), and we ask that You would do that mighty work in her life now.

Father, we pray that You would flood her heart with Your hope, a hope that does not disappoint (**Romans 5:5**). Replace her despair with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (**Philippians 4:7**), and remind her that her worth is found in You alone. Open her eyes to see herself as You see her—beloved, chosen, and redeemed. Break the lies of the enemy that seek to keep her bound in shame or insecurity, and let her stand firm in the truth of Your Word.

Lord, we ask for Your hand to move powerfully in her marriage. Softening her husband’s heart to love her as You do—with patience, kindness, and selflessness. Give him eyes to see her strengths and a voice to affirm them. Where there has been harshness, bring gentleness; where there has been criticism, bring encouragement. Unify their hearts in You, Lord, and let their home be a place of refuge and grace.

We rebuke the spirit of discouragement and despair in the name of Jesus Christ. No weapon formed against her shall prosper (**Isaiah 54:17**), and we declare that joy will come in the morning (**Psalm 30:5**). Surround her with Your presence, Lord, and let her feel Your arms holding her close.

Father, we thank You in advance for the work You are doing, even now. We trust in Your sovereignty and Your perfect timing. May she find her strength in You, her comfort in Your promises, and her joy in Your presence. Let this season be a testament to Your faithfulness, and may she emerge with a deeper dependence on You and a greater passion for Your kingdom.

We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of **Jesus Christ**, our Savior and Redeemer, the name above all names by which we are saved. **Amen.**

Dear ###,

We're here with you, holding your daughter's heart in ours. We've been where you are, feeling the weight of our loved ones' pain. It's heavy, but we know a God who is strong enough to carry it all.

We want to remind her, and you, of the gentle touch of the Good Shepherd. He's there, right in the middle of the storm, calling her by name. He sees her, He knows her, and He loves her more than she can comprehend. He's not distant; He's right there, whispering, "I am with you always" (Matthew 28:20).

Let's encourage her to pour out her heart to Him, just as it is. He can handle it all. He's the only one who can truly understand and comfort her. Let's remind her that even in her darkest moments, she's never alone. He's there, and He's working everything together for her good (Romans 8:28).

We also want to pray for her marriage. Let's ask God to soften both their hearts, to help them see each other through His eyes. Let's pray for unity, understanding, and love to flow between them. Let's ask God to help her husband see her strengths, to speak life into her, and to cherish her as a gift from God.

And finally, let's remind her, and ourselves, to cast our cares on Him because He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7). He's got this. He's got her. And He's got you.

Let's trust Him together, ###. He's faithful, and He's good.

In Jesus' Name, we pray. Amen.

Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
