We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles your daughter is facing, but we are encouraged that you are seeking prayer and support. We stand with you in Jesus' name, believing that He can turn this situation around for good.
Firstly, we acknowledge that Jesus Christ is the only way to salvation and healing. It's wonderful that you are praying for your daughter to turn to Jesus in her moments of overwhelm. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
We pray that this trial will indeed be a healing process for your daughter. We trust in the promise of Romans 8:28 WEB, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
Regarding your daughter’s pregnancy and her child in foster care, we pray for God's intervention and guidance. We pray that your daughter will find strength and comfort in the Lord, and that He will guide her steps towards recovery and reunification with her child. We pray for the child, that God will protect and comfort them in this time of separation.
We also pray for your daughter's struggle with alcohol addiction. 1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB reminds us, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it." We pray that God will give her the strength to overcome this addiction and that her time in rehab will be fruitful.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue praying and trusting in the Lord. Remember the words of James 5:16 WEB, "Pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up this daughter to You. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon her life. Help her to turn to Jesus in her moments of overwhelm, and guide her steps towards recovery and restoration. We pray for her unborn child and her ###-year-old in foster care, that You would protect and comfort them. We ask for Your intervention in her struggle with alcohol addiction, and we pray that her time in rehab will be a time of healing and transformation. We ask all these things in Jesus' name, believing that You are able to turn this situation around for good. Amen.
