Joy
I rejoice in the fullness of life as a whole and holy creation of God.
During a challenging time, I may feel cut off from feeling any joy because of what is going on in my life and the lives of my loved ones. What I know to be true, however, is that there is a joy within me that can never be taken away from me by anything or anyone in the outer.
If ever an appearance of lack or limitation seems troubling, I know what to do. The joy that God has created within me is powerful enough, comprehensive enough, and expansive enough for me to experience a gladness of the soul whenever I call it forward.
As I do, I embrace the abundance inherent in every situation. I rejoice in the power of God to transform, heal, and provide. I live the fullness of life that is possible because I am spirit, mind, and body, a whole and holy creation of God.
"You will have pain, but your pain will turn into joy."--John 16:20
