El Shaddai (God almighty), I humbly approach Your throne of mercy and grace, thanking You for the privilege of meeting You one-on-one. Father, You know the needs of our lives, even before we recognize them, and You are faithful in providing for us with love and compassion. Jehovah Jireh (the Lord will provide), today I lift all those with financial needs, whether facing a crisis or just yearning for relief. There are many ways in which debt is created. Some need Your forgiveness for sinful acts or indifference, some need Your provision because of job loss or hardship. This day, I pray You would meet each person in their state of need, and shower Your loving provision over them. Through forgiveness, grace and mercy may the debts that tie us down be released and cancelled. Create in us generous hearts to help others, allow us to be good stewards of all You have blessed us with - not just money, but our time and talents as well. Let us never value money above anything else, keep our hearts and minds fully fixed upon You. May it be Your spirit that guides us in all financial matters. May we give thanks for all that we have, and all that is yet to come. Through Your vision, grant financial blessing and release. Place a hedge of protection around us and allow us to validate Your trust in us. In the name of Jesus, lift the depression, anxiety, weariness and weight of the financial millstones that fill our lives. Let us remember Jehovah Shammah - The Lord is There. Amen.
