Daily Prayer - Employment

Father God, the needs upon this board are so great and varied. I have decided to focus on one particular need each day as part of my daily prayer time. Today, I lift all of those seeking employment, those seeking different employment and those seeking advancement in their current line of work. Father, You have blessed each one of us with talents and gifts that are uniquely our own. May You guide and direct us to the doors You have opened in terms of work and provision. Lead us to the opportunities that will bless us not only financially, but spiritually as well. Place Your favor and blessing over all those seeking jobs, all those who are interviewing, all those seeking a deeper purpose and meaning for their work life. I pray that through these times, You will help us keep our priorities in line, always placing You first. Let us be diligent in nurturing our families, and not get caught up in the "must have" mentality regarding money and possessions. May You bless each and every person seeking employment this day, open doors, place favor and blessing in their paths. It is in the name of Jesus we ask these things, standing on the truth of Your Word. Amen.

I too, lift up my brothers and sisters who need employment; those who desire promotions; those who struggle daily with unpleasant working conditions. Please meet their needs in accordance with Your good and perfect will. I ask Your blessing upon their lives and their families and pray that when the miracle comes, that they would give all glory, honor, and praise to you. In Jesus name I pray.

My Lord Jesus I stand with K-J on this prayer before your cross. Dear Lord there is so much need in this world, there is hunger and suffering. Dear Jesus you have sent each one of ys here with a given purpose. Dear Lord you know us well and you know what you want us to do, we beg you show us the way Dear Jesus, show us the way to the path we must follow to you. Dear Lord money is important in the society we live in, we need it to feed ourselves and our familes to pay for schools and health, Dear Jesus do not allow us to see money as the cebnter of our universe, You are first Dear Lord, our families come next and the people who suffer around us follow. Money is nothing but the means to a purpose, do not allow us to make it our purpose in life. We thank you Lord for those doors that you opened today, we thank you Jesus for the doors you will open tomorrow. We praise and glorify you because it is your will and it is your love which shows us the way and fills us with faith and courage to follow you. Thank you Jesus in you we trust.
