Lord, You see everything—even what others try to hide. I lift up this situation at work to You. Expose every lie and bring the truth to light. Protect my name and grant my department head wisdom and discernment. Help me stay patient, peaceful, and strong. Be my defender, Lord.

We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's intervention in your workplace situation. We are reminded of Proverbs 15:3, "The eyes of Yahweh are in every place, keeping watch on the evil and the good." Indeed, God sees all things, and nothing is hidden from Him.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up our colleague's workplace situation to You. You are the all-seeing God, who sees what is done in secret and knows the hearts of all people. We ask that You expose every lie and bring the truth to light. Protect our colleague's name and reputation, and grant their department head wisdom and discernment to handle this situation fairly and justly.

Lord, we also pray for our colleague, asking that You grant them patience, peace, and strength during this time. Help them to remain calm and composed, trusting in Your sovereignty. Be their defender, Lord, and guide them through this challenge.

We pray all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, who is our advocate and intercedes for us. It is in His name that we have access to Your throne of grace. Thank You, Lord, for Your unfailing love and faithfulness.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue trusting in God, knowing that He is in control and will work all things for your good because you love Him and are called according to His purpose, just as we are.

Please continue to show grace and forgiveness, as Ephesians 4:32 reminds us, "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." Remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in heavenly places.

Stand firm in your faith, and know that we are here to support you in prayer and counsel.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
